The HitPay Team is a supportive and efficient!
HitPay is a seamless payment system that works well with our other (booking) platform. It allows clients to book classes instantaneously, which makes a much better customer service situation. The support that we receive is tremendous, they're very active in their replies and are eager to offer solutions and resolutions swiftly.

The onboarding process is very seamless…
The onboarding process is very seamless and the fastest among other payment gateway. The only issue is it still can't enable wallet system (hitpay balance) for indonesian business. The rest is perfect.

Reliable
Reliable! I would highly recommend Hitpayapp, I have been using it for a few of my businesses and so far, it's been really reliable and helpful for my e-commerce businesses. They accept a variety of payment methods which is great. Hoping they would have instalment payment options available soon. I have also recommended to my friends who were looking for a payment gateway which was fast approval and could accept credit card payments at events without having to register for a POS device. They could create & accept payments straight from their mobile phones. The app is great! Keep up the great work.

Hitpay is a no brainer for small businesses. You can get started (and a lot more) with a zero monthly subscription package. It's easy to use and if you did enter to but a terminal the prices are competitive.

Great for Singapore SME's
Great for Singapore SME's, you can integrate many local SG BNPL options like atome, grab paylater. For overseas, since there is wechat and alipay+, you can accept payments from many asian countries.
Sad that there is no BNPL integration for overseas users like klarna though

thank you for this, really detailed and helpful! glad the local BNPL options like Atome and GrabPayLater work well for Singapore SMEs, and WeChat Pay plus Alipay+ opening up payments across Asia. good callout on Klarna and BNPL for overseas users, we'll pass that along as a feature request to the team.
Hitpay is awesome!
Hitpay has been a great platform for all of our POS and invoices. It is easy to integrate and switch between different hardware, i.e. tablet, phone, laptop and connection between devices on bluetooth printers is seamless. Data extraction for monthly revenues and transactions are easy to retrieve. Also on the payment options, they have been progressively adding new payment options.
