Lovely lady on the desk however fairly unhappy with the service. When I booked the tyre it was not said it was out of stock and had to be ordered in. So I arrived from 8:30 as per the email and was told it wouldn’t be there until 10:30. So I came back at 10:30 and was then an extra hour wait whilst the extra walk ins were served. Feel like this could have been better organised to help people understand the time that they need to come in for

What a great experience with Hi Q I normally use a different tyre place but they could not get me in till Wednesday with the tyres I wanted, so I booked online with HiQ and cannot fault them from arrival to departure with 2 new tyres even getting money off as for some reason the Gosport branch was cheaper, great service and may even persuade me to use instead of my normal tyre place.

The appointment was quite quick. The staff is very friendly. I recommend them 👍

Easy to book, quick professional service and high level of customer service. This is always my first choice for work on mine or my families vehicles. The staff provide sound genuine advice which is based on work needed not bumping up the price.

Mandy and this HIQ tyre shop at Whiteley has always been my families’ Go-To person and garage for several years, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. Mandy and the team are always very professional, patient and friendly. I recently had my battery drained completely, the team came out right away to help jump-start my car and arranged a smooth and quick battery replacement. I’ve asked three times for my wheel balancing score sheet and haven’t got it still. They didn’t have original tyres I wanted. Offer a payment plan then tell you you can’t have it unless it’s over £500 and mention your tyres replaced but nothing of my balancing ordered until you mention it when the original statement gets cancelled and a new one with no assured evidence is printed showing no evidence of a wheel balancing

Again Great service, cheaper than my local garage and great service from the team, Mandy and Mark and the guys who always do a great job, been going for many years now, have tried localy but keep going back, A little isolated location but worth going.

So After going to a well named blue supermarket garage and having the air sucked out my tyres, i limped my car to HiQ. They were extremely friendly and helpful and got the tyre pressures back to normal in less that 10 mins. Not only that, they did it free of charge. Not only will i be taking my car there when the tyres need changing but i highly recommend anyone else to go there.

Due to a slow puncture and MOT advisory, I needed to replace two front tyres.

I used the online booking service which was easy to navigate and to use, and a slot was provided for the following day, although there were slots available for the same day.

The tyres and tracking were completed within the hour and there were no hidden extras in the pricing.

Excellent friendly service and I will be using HiQ Whiteley again.

We had an issue with the car that we wanted someone to take a quick look at. The staff here were (as they always are) helpful and polite and they gave us an honest opinion about the issue.
We've used them many times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great people to deal with!

Generally good, but you used to be able to arrange a time and wait while the tyres were changed. Couldn’t do that this time which was a bit inconvenient as nowhere gave clear information that would be the case.

Excellent booking process. The garage representatives were very clear on booking process and on pricing. The garage is large and clean with clearly experience people working. I've used the HiQ Tyres & Autocare for the first time when I've found out that my usual garage waiting time was over a week. I will definitely consider this garage as one of the options and will be my go to garage going forward.
