Needed an urgent repair to a tyre on a Ford Mondeo on Christmas Eve. Called into Stafford HiQ. Received immediate response from the technicians, who were polite, friendly and efficient.

Job completed after 20 minutes and then ready for my Christmas Day journey.

Can't ask for better than that !!

Lovely people to deal with at Stafford Hi Q. Went over and above to get my car through it's Mot with on the spot tweaks to correct it's minor fails. Highly recommend, and seemed a good price too for a moty

from start to finish i experienced great a service from the staff at Stafford .they were really welcoming .had booked my mot through the website . which was so easy to do . receiving a prompt call-back to confirm booking times from Jason. whilst there they were happy to deal with any questions you had and give there advice .whilst waiting for my car a witnessed them helping a gentleman with an issue with his car really going that extra mile to be helpful many thanks to Jason and Luke for dealing with my car. First class service defiantly recommend you use them

Update. Since my last I received a phone call from the company asking me to explain the issue. I did this and explained I am now in the process contacting the Ombudsman & Trading Standards. They said they would call be back, that was four days ago, no call back. Since my first review they seem to have cancelled
the FREE MOT, I wonder why? I do have a screenshot of their website advertising this.

I did a service to my black Audi, in 2023 and planning to do another one soon. I drive twice weekly to Stafford from Scotland (600 miles).
The boss knows what he is doing; is very professional and very supportive to your needs.
Immediately, I have noticed improvement in the smoothness of driving and MPG…it is in the 60s if drive 55-57mile/hour in the motor way.

Rang the branch as Halfords let me down.
Phil told me to bring my car right over and they'd fit me in.
45 mins later my car was as cold as ice as Brendan regased my A/C.
Phil had quoted me and that was what I paid, no hidden extras.
I'll definitely be back. Thanks Guys

Phil at the stafford branch was great. He was very helpful with a tire pressure issue and was extremely reassuring. I will definitely be returning for any future issues.

Staff were really nice and informative. I got an MOT and full service. It was very quick and efficient from the initial online booking to the end when I collected the car. Both Phil and Brendan were great!

Spent some time looking around on the net for 2 tyres to replace my Mercedes front ones and wanted to ensure I got a centre that I could trust to take good care of my car. I rang and talked to Phil and after he answered a couple of my queries on tyre spec's I ordered them to arrive today (16/06/2024).
I went in today to have them fitted and found the garage was clean and tidy with Phil a most polite gentleman happy to assist me and put me at ease. Jason was the technician who looked after my car, making sure not to mark/damage the rims (20inch) whilst doing the job. I also noticed he made sure to actually use a torque wrench correctly ( not all technicians do).
I left with a very comfortable feeling the job was done correctly and a fair price was paid. I'll definitely be back when I need the back changed.
Both are a credit to the co.

Had appointment at Stafford HIQ for service 10.30 told car would ready by 11.30 finally got the car at 15.45 shocking

Very, very disappointed from the service:(. I lived my car at 1pm and nobody called me about the car is ready. I just go 30 min before they closing to ask about my car. The gay there wasn't professional, 10 they can not find my keys, 10 min they can't give invoice. And even I didn't get sorry from them. Never will use this service again.

I had recently broken down late in the day , retrieval truck brought me to Stafford HIQ ( which regularly service my car plus other problems that arise.it was 9.30 in the evening. I found to paper and wrapped it round the key and posted through the letter box. apologizing for leaving the car there without first discussing it. spoke to the manager first thing the following morning explaining the situation. plus saying the mechanic thought it was the alternator, he was great and explained that they were busy that day but would sort asap. he kept me up to date agreeing with mechanics finding apologizing as part expensive but sorted the car and had it ready the following day.

MOT on an old car, knowing would fail.
Sorted work to be done at a reasonable price to keep it on the road for at least another year.
Friendly and helpful, felt like they understood that keeping a car on the road is the cheapest and best option for people like me, and were helpful in achieving that.

After a failed MOT the lads did everything they could to get me back on the road as quickly as they could. Great service and prices made for a good customer experience.
