Good experience
I initially looked on your Website and found your tyre prices were very good .When passing your local depot I called and spoke to one of your employees who checked my tyres and agreed they should be replaced .So I ordered them on line and chose my slot received confirmation and then received a text informing me my tyres were in so called in and had them fitted thank you good experience .

terrible customer service booked in…
terrible customer service booked in online for four tyres to be fitted on saturday at midday turned up at 11.20am only to be turned away as they close at 12.30. gentleman behind the desk did not care in the slightest he just wanted to finish even though i was there 1 hour and 10 minutes before they close. No apologies or alternatives offered . Would highly not recommend if you want reliability do not trust these guys ..

From the booking online for my tyre…
From the booking online for my tyre choice through to picking up my car after having the tyres fitted the process was so easy. Once again the staff were friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them. In the past I had a service and mot carried out. They hadn’t finished by their normal closing time but they stayed on to finish so I had my car back. Service beyond.
