Whilst on a trip to Kettering from Stoke on Trent on Sunday 24/07/2022, the clutch on our Zafira went. As I am disabled my wife ventured out at 8a.m. on the following day. Not really expecting to find a garage that could do the repair, my wife came across HiQ and was met by Shaun. He quickly assessed our predicament and even organised a tow to the garage. The work was done that very day and we had our car back at 5p.m. We got home later that evening. I cannot praise Shaun and technician Dave enough. The car handled better than it had for years. The price was very competitive and the service could not have been better. I have never taken to do a review before but this instance called for one. Well done HiQ.

HiQ in Kettering are fantastic. I have had the pleasure of meeting Jordan on a couple of occasions and he has replaced tyres quickly and without fuss both times. He has visited my home and the kids school within an hour of my call to complete emergency repairs. We have stopped using BMW for our services and repairs as there is no comparison to the level of service and value for money offered by Jordan and his team. Many thanks.

Dropped a car off with AA recovery at 17.30.
Received a phone call first thing following day, with diagnosis of fault and estimate of cost.
The team sourced all of the parts and had me back on the road by 17.30 that following day.
Excellent and courteous 5* service.

Absolutely fantastic garage. Me and my partner have both used now. Jordan and the team are extremely helpful and the prices are excellent.. They go above and beyond and really know what they are talking about. They will go through all options with you and will try and find the best solution. The most honest garage i have ever been to. Super quick work.

I don't know very much about cars so I tend to stay loyal to garages where I feel the mechanics give me honest advice and don't hold it against them if that advice isn't always the best, but at HiQ Kettering not only do they seem to be very straightforward people but they clearly know exactly what they're doing too. Only used them once so far, but can think of nothing bad to say about the service they provided today so will definitely be back!

My roadside assistance man was a waste of skin, not carrying a Jack. My Discovery was taken to Hi Q where Jordan quickly and efficiently sorted me out, swapping tyres and refusing to take any payment off me as it only took 20 seconds !! What a nice chap. Thoroughly decent. Thank you Jordan. You made a stressful situation so much easier for me.

Very friendly team, great recommendations for the best tyres for my car without a big price tag. Would happily recommend to anybody.

On Thursday we came to change the rims at the service, and we will see that the rims are scratched on the inside.
we tried to talk to someone but we were treated with indescribable indifference and we were told that plastic tools are used, this is hard for me to believe.
we were treated with superiority by the employee who repaired the car but also by the manager.
Now a day away from loosening our screws, this has put our lives in danger.
On Monday morning I will go back to the service asking for explanations as to why this was possible and I want to assure you that I will go as far as possible.
it is unacceptable to endanger our lives because of the unconsciousness of some.

Very bad service . They destroyed one of my alloy wheel after fitting my tyres and wheels allingment . also they keep my car 4:30 hours instead of 2. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Fantastic customer service. As a young female I dread having to go to garages but the staff here were brilliant. They realised I was panicky about my tyre and fitted me in that day for a repair. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I recently brought a car from a dealership and something didn’t feel too right with the car. I am very new to driving so I couldn’t detect the fault. I rang HiQ and spoke to Andy. He was very helpful and understanding. I took my car over to the garage the next day and he took a look for me and managed to find many faults with the car. He then advised me to take my car back to the dealership as it was still under warranty. This saved me over £1,000 from Andy helping me to do this as I wouldn’t of known what to do myself.
I now always take my car to HiQ and request that Andy looks at it or oversees any work that needs doing on it.
He is very polite, got good communication skills and is very welcoming and helpful!

I started using the Garage for almost two years now and they have been the most honest service providers I have ever dealt with. I am very satisfied with their service.
I took my car this morning for them to check out the tyres and they where very honest that there was nothing wrong with them, just one that has that needed a small adjustment. My previous Garage would have made me to buy new tyres at all times. They would always look for reasons why I had to change them.
