Dreadful service at Hi Q Hedge End
Dreadful service at Hi Q Hedge End. Placed an order ES343134 on line for fitting 11.7.23. Received a call to say no stock till later in week, then got email to say they were in. When I arrived they had no record of my order. Found tyres the said a 2hr wait. Left and returned today Very quiet but still kept waiting, they could not find my order or tyres. No job card. Had to give all my details again and was asked to move my car out for a customer who was returning because they hadn’t balanced his tyres correctly. They refused to give any idea of time. I then cancelled the order. No clue about customer service!

Staff friendliness/politeness and tyre fitting all very good, no complaints.
I'm taking a star off for the following reason.
I ordered and booked the tyre fitting online, and was presented with total cost and appointment window.
Once I arrived (same day) I was told that the tyres have to be ordered in, so to come back the next day.
If the online booking system could be updated so it doesn't offer appointments without having stock, it would save a lot of wasted time. It was 20 mile round trip.

Fantastic staff, polite, helpful and caring, didn't have to wait long for them to fit my tyre, great having a call on the day to say what time my tyre would be in excellent service, will definitely be using again, will be booking my MOT in this year

Disappointed customer this time
Having had good service from hiq in the past I took my van in for an oil and filter change plus a fuel filter change.The next day I checked under the van for any oil leaks and found the large metal plate that fits under the engine had not been refitted.I went back to the garage they found the plate and fitted it while I waited.
Although I got an apology it was a morning wasted with no offer of compensation.I suppose you can't win them all and probably will still use them in the future.
