Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with CARSA. They’ve had the car longer than I have over the last 8 months. The aftersales service has been shocking from start to finish. The manager is a joke — promises of call backs that never happen, and it’s almost impossible to get through on the phones.
Communication has been awful, issues never properly resolved, and I’m still waiting for the car mats that were promised. The whole experience has been stressful and disappointing.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Warning — DO NOT BUY FROM CARSA. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I booked my MOT well in advance, only to discover on the day that the garage had cancelled my appointment — without so much as a phone call, email, or text. I wasted my time and rearranged my schedule for nothing.
If this is how they treat customers, I dread to think what their actual workmanship is like. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of people’s time. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this garage if you value basic communication and accountability.

Appalling customer service
Had a flat tyre and ordered a new tyre online yesterday (Sunday) for fitting today (Monday). Recieved both text and email for confirmation of fitting date and time today (3:00pm). I arrived just before 3pm. I spoke to a person who told me that the tyre had not been ordered as the person who orders the tyre was not in today. I would have expected someone to have called me this morning to tell me the tyre could not be ordered. I now have to taketime off work to source the tyre from elsewhere. No apology was given and staff had a "we don't" care attitude. Really appalling overall experience, will not be using this branch.
