I have found them to be very friendly ,keeping you up to date with the car progress with a quote for the car
They sent reminders for the MOT , which is very useful
I am very pleased with Hi Q and will continue to use them as will my sons and girlfriends

Poor customer service
Upon collection of my car the blonde (long haired) lady at reception could not confirm where my car was parked.
I walked up and down for over 15 mins in the darkness and 2 busy main roads, to be told it was parked in the garage yard! Her manner was abrupt and rude and not helpful at all! Customer service very poor and for this reason, I will not be returning to your garage for any car services, MOT's or repairs after over 6 years.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, avoid at all cost. Booked my car in and was told to drop it off at around 9.30am which i did. It got to 3.30pm and I had not been called regarding progress so i called them to ask on progress. I was told that they had not had a chance to look at it yet but they didn't close until 5.30pm - 6pm so they will call when they know what the problem is with the car. It got to 4.55pm and still no one had called me so i went to the garage and saw that the car had not moved from where i had seen it earlier. The lady on reception said they had not had a chance to look at the car. I explained that they had the car for 7 hours and where do we go from here. She suggested i book it in for next week some 5 days later. I then asked for the keys and said i would take it somewhere else. How not to run a business!!!

I do not often take the time to send my thanks for great service but felt i should for them team at Hi Q Goffs Oak !
Since opening they have transformed the service that was offered by this facility to our local community.
They not only carry out routine services, MOTs very efficiently to all our vehicles but also help at a moments notice if we have any issues or a problem.
The team, Mick, Cathy, Martin, Scott, Tara and Jess are not only highly professional they are extremely nice people to deal with.
I have recommend Hi Q Goffs Oak to family & friends who now also use them and everyone says how great they are - Well priced, reliable service and most importantly a very nice team !
