I was really impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and above all "honesty of the team".
I had booked to have all 4 tyres replaced on my car following it's recent service and advice given relating to the rear tyres having minimal scuffing to the outer edges.
Having dropped off the car I went for coffee. I received a call from the receptionist stating that the fitter strongly recommended not replacing the rear tyres as they still had many miles left in them.
A huge "THANK YOU"you saved me a lot of money!

Fast efficient, professional advice
I called in to ask if I had a puncture, the manager called over a lady to check all my tyres. This was done quickly and adjusted the pressures, then showed me how to check the management system, also what to do if it happened again. What a brilliant service, much appreciate the quick advice.

Good price & service.
My tyres were a good price and I could book a fitting online at my convenience. The staff were friendly and efficient. There doesn't seem much need to shop around and myself and my wife will certainly continue to use HiQ in the future.
