I turned up at the time required was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The one problem that we did have was my own fault i ordered the wrong tyre for the car but they sorted it out without any dramas and i was back on the road in no time at all.

Stephen stopped late at night when spotted us in a bus stop with a good Samaritan changing our tyre. He ensured everything was finished off securely. Both Vince and Stephen saved us a even longer wait in bitterly cold weather and a huge chunk of change. Soo very grateful. Not all hero's wear capes. 🫶🏻

Used the aberdeen centre today for a tyre change, the guys are absolutely awesome, amazing friendly service, great banter and the formula 1 team seems to have lost a few tyre fitters. Will be using in future and mad mad recommend aberdeen HiQ service station.

£54 to change 2 tyres off the rims! Absolute rip off! Wouldnt trust this company with my details either considering they changed their company name due to the fact members of staff access customers personal information and turn up at the door unexpectedly! AVOID

On Monday The 28th Of August I recently had the privilege of experiencing a truly exceptional customer service encounter at the HiQ Tyres and Autocare centre located at 9 Hareness Road, Altens Industrial Estate, Aberdeen. My encounter with Michael, the HiQ Tyre and Autocare Representative, left me utterly astounded and thoroughly satisfied.

I found myself in a predicament, as I was grappling with two stubborn locking nuts on my Audi A4 wheels. The frustration was real, especially considering that these nuts had been tightened with an air impact wrench by a previous tyre service company. Despite my best efforts with a socket and wheel spanner, the specially designed Audi Socket consistently slipped off, making it seemingly impossible for me to remove the nuts. This conundrum further prevented me from replacing my brake discs and brake pads.

Enter Michael, the HiQ representative, who promptly and adeptly came to the rescue. With a deft touch and an impressive level of expertise, Michael managed to remove the problematic locking nuts within a mere 5 minutes. His efficiency and finesse were nothing short of remarkable. Not only did he solve the issue at hand with unparalleled swiftness, but he also exhibited a level of professionalism and skill that truly elevated the entire experience.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I will most definitely recommended HiQ to all friends and family in future.

I called HiQ Aberdeen and 9am to request a mobile tyre service and by 10.15 the mobile truck had arrived.

Grant Hendo came out to assist by fitting a new tyre after me getting a unrepairable flat. He honestly went above and beyond with his service. Grant was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, he talked me through everything that he was doing, which I enjoyed learning about and he also gave me advise for future care, better tyre brands for my car etc.

Upon checking the balance on my wheel Grant spotted that the wheel had a slight buckle so he even swapped the rear tyre to the front and vice versa. He checked the pressure on all my other tyres too to make sure they were correct and he even showed me how to update my tyre calibration on my vehicle.

Grant is such a helpful guy and he made a rubbish event into an enjoyable experience. I offered to pay for his extra services but he refused and was more than happy just to ensure he had fulfilled a commitment to deliver customer satisfaction. He sure did.

For tyres are ok, apart of that better for you to go somewhere else. Specially for MOT and mostly if you own a diesel car.
