Dishonest
On the evening of December 16, 2023, I was searching for a specific firearm using its UPC on an aggregate website. I was pleased to find the firearm listed at a great price on your website. Following the instructions on your site, I emailed for a quote and received a response matching the advertised price. The website indicated that the item was in stock, so I proceeded with the purchase, entered my card details, and completed the transaction. I also took the necessary steps to arrange the transfer through my Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
However, I received an email from your team the following morning informing me of an inventory error and stating that the item was out of stock. The email also mentioned that all of your vendors were out of stock, and as a result, my order was cancelled.
I understand that inventory errors can happen, but I must express my disappointment, particularly because I have since found that this firearm is available and in stock at several other retailers. This contradiction has left me feeling somewhat misled by the information provided by Hinterland Outfitters.
Could you please provide further clarification on this situation? If the firearm becomes available again, would Hinterland Outfitters be willing to honor the originally quoted price? I had chosen to do business with your company based on the price and availability advertised, and this experience has been quite disheartening.

Bul Armory, the best 1911 value
I really like the Bul Armory 1911 pistols. I own a 9mm Commander and was looking for a 45 ACP Commander Desert Eagle (made by Bul for MR) at a good price. I found Hinterland Outfitters online and saw that they had just what I wanted in stock at a good buy price.
It took a little while to get here because of the season rush, but I have it now thanks to HO and the assistance of my local gun store and shooting range. The pistol shoots great, very smooth and very accurate, and I am loving it.
