Late review as watch was a xmas present.I came across Hilliers website whilst looking for specific watch for the missus. I checked out the trust pilot reviews as I had never heard or came across hilliers before. The reviews looked good so purchased the watch at a good price. The item arrived at stated delivery date/ time frame. I would recommend Hilliers and I would definitely order from them again. Very happy with the watch,thanks.

The reviews appeared fair so I made a purchase. The item arrived at stated delivery date/ time frame. All was grand with the item purchased. I would recommend Hilliers and I would most definitely order from them again.

Poor customer service I ordered my partner a ring. It arrived pretty quickly but unfortunately it is too small which obviously isn't there fault however I have sent two emails and tried to call numerous times to ask how to return the item so I can exchange it for a bigger size. There isnt a return address on the website and I didn't get any information with the delivery ie a delivery note or a return label, very disappointing as this was a birthday gift. I certainly won't be ordering anything from here again.

I ordered a lovely gold ring for my partner. I was unsure at first as theres little reviews on here, but it was delivered within a week and good quality for the money.

I bought 2 watches from Hillier recently. Excellent next day service and great prices. The watches were very well packaged. 1 had to be returned - nothing wrong with the watch, my husband changed his mind - and it was a pleasure to chat to Adam on the phone. No problems with the return and a very swift refund. I adore my watch and Hillier will be my first choice for next time.

Ordered a watch via the Hilliers website on Tuesday afternoon, it was dispatched on Wednesday and received on Thursday morning via Royal Mail 24. A fantastic timeline given the current restrictions! The item was as ordered and safely packaged up. Good communication throughout, with confirmation emails sent upon receipt of the order, processing of the order and upon dispatch. Excellent prices too. Recommended.

I would normally buy 'On the High Street' but covid forced me to search online. My search lead me to Hillier Jewelers in Middlesborough as they have a website. Further to speaking to Lewis Hillier I bought a Tissot and a Hugo Boss watch lunchtime on Monday and they were delivered by 1pm on Tuesday! Would I recommend this company - Of course I would! Excellent advice, service and price. Thank You

Second review for Hillier Jewellers. I'm in France and in post-Covid land only doing online. I needed to get a wedding present for some friends in Edinburgh. Ordered a couple of Seiko watches online. Great prices. But service!! The owner physically went out to buy a wedding card and then write it for me. At no cost. Friends were totally thrilled.

We bought our 14yr old son a Tissot watch after receiving excellent advice and guidance from Adam. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish a great family ran business.

Recently bought a watch from Adam at Hilliers and the buying experience from start to finish was fantastic

I had a few technical queries about a particular watch I was buying and Adam’s technical knowledge was second to none. He make some excellent recommendations on bracelets to fit

Once I made the purchase the chapter ring was very slightly off. Not by much but enough to bother me. Took the plunge and phoned Adam who response was great. He said he was very happy to exchange and all he wanted was a happy customer. He shared a video of the other watches he had of the same type and said take your pick. We agreed on the best one and the exchange was absolutely seamless. Adam paid for my return P & P so I wasn’t out of pocket. Delighted with the exchanged watch!

I would highly recommend this jewellers and would have no hesitation to buy from them again

I ordered a ring on the 4th of august and in the email it says they’ll email me back when they’ve passed it on to the courier, it’s now the 15th and i still have not heard anything which is odd considering they claim to have 2-4 day delivery

Fantastic experience with Hillier Jewellers.

I have bought two watches since we went in to lockdown, totalling more than £500. Both arrived within 2-3 working days of order and were in perfect condition. Price wise they were great, with the 10% discount rolling month on month and they price matched (and took a few £ more off) for me within 30 minutes of contacting them.

Cannot fault them.

Good price, but don’t trust them to
resize a watch band correctly.
Awful communication !!
