Have used Highland Appliances Ltd before; because of their knowledge, reliability and great service. Our new combi-microwave was different from others ie. no buttons; but very quickly easy to use. New fridge-freezer, fitted perfectly.

Great service, very friendly and efficient. Arranged purchased over the phone after coming in to check what was available. Delivered within 2days and at a time that suited my work pattern. Plumbed in, old one taken away and shown how to work my new washing machine. Also payment, once fitted, you don't see that service any where else. One happy customer . Our washer/dryer failed and within two working days of our order for a new fully integrated washing machine and separate dryer, the items were delivered and installed. The engineer persisted with the installation even though the design of our kitchen caused him unforeseen problems. The old machine was taken away. The service from the sales team and the engineer was excellent and made life so much easier for us. I would certainly recommend the company.

My freezer warning light came on and I phoned Highland Appliances straight away. They arranged for Scott to come out the next morning and he fixed it for me. He was very efficient and so kind and put me at ease regarding the appliance. As a pensioner I was so grateful for this quick service and will always use Highland Appliances in the future. Washing machine is not fully cleaning clothes. I have to soak items and pre clean them before putting them in the washing machine. Never had this issue with a washing machine before so I don’t rate the appliance at all

The young man we had fitting the appliance was brilliant .the original machine was poorly fitted and Connor took the trouble to sort it out ,leaving us with a machine that was perfectly fitted and well balanced.

I had great difficulty tracking down a repairer of CDA appliances in the northeast of Scotland. Then I was introduced to Highland Appliance Services in Inverness, who sent two excellent engineers to fix my oven. I am so grateful to this company for their expertise, helpfulness and kindliness.

An excellent company. In the last 3 years they have been at my house 4 times due to a poor appliance. Each time their communication is good , you get a call the day before and their engineer is prompt and skilled. Smeg ( booooo) have now replaced the bad appliance so hopefully the runs to Dornie may reduce a bit for Highland but I would like to thank them for the service over the last 3 years.

Our washing machine is almost 11 years old and when codes started bleeping up on the screen we thought the worst. The rubber rim around the door also had a small slit in it. The lady taking our call was friendly and quick to allocate us an engineer slot which was great because Skye is not exactly close to Inverness. The engineer arrived early and with a cheery smile and carrying the equipment for range of possible causes, including a new rubber rim and set about the machine. Within a 15 mins he had solved the problem, fixed it, double checked his work, explained the cause and his remedy helped me clear up shameful amount of dust and dog hair behind the machine and gave me a traffic update for my trip to Buckie the next day! He also said the machine did not need a new rubber rim on the door. Polite and friendly, almost thought service like this had disappeared. Thank you.

One of your engineers came out to our flat to fit in a new thermometer for our oven. I was glad to see that the engineer, Scott, wore protective gloves & cleaned the area after his visit which is important to me, especially during the current coronavirus situation. He was polite, answered my queries, tidied the area he was working in and the job was completed faster than I anticipated. Now we can use our oven again and we're so happy that our call was answered swiftly. Nothing to fault!
