Same day call out on this occasion. Paul the Engineer was very knowledgeable and got straight to the problem. He was a tidy worker and adjusted the appliance height prior to fixing all the panels back on.
Recommended.

Issue with my Washing machine , Paul came out and found fault within 5mins … ordered part and came back to fit it , very friendly and helpful and any mess that was made ( not much ) was cleaned up . Would recommend them

Paul went above and beyond to help. So lovely and friendly and reassured me that what was happening with my fridge was completely normal and explained why.

A major part of our fridge freezer gave up, but Highland Appliances quickly discovered the problem. They could have fixed it at a cost that was greater than the machine was worth, so a new fridge freezer it was. Supplied and fitted expertly within 2 days and delighted with the overall service. They even disposed of the packaging from the old item.

Dishwasher repair- Conor replaced a part on our Bosch Dishwasher today. He is very polite and has a great manner. Clearly very knowledgeable about the machines and has fixed a few electrical items for us over the years. Excellent service.

The delivery man arrived on time despite the long distance, and installed the tumble dryer quickly and efficiently and was generally extremely helpful. The cost was higher than at certain national retailers but very reliable personal service and he also took the old appliance away which was very important to me living in a remote location. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Highland before and was happy with their service. Today Paul called to replace a shorted element in an oven. Paul and the other representatives of Highland Appliance Services was polite professional and efficient. The job was done with no fuss and the outcome is a working oven. What more could you want.
