I wanted a turntable to rediscover my old (currently unused) vinyl collection. Jamie was knowledgeable, as I'd expect, but also understood my requirements. No pushly sales, just sensible advice. I came out with a Rega Planar 3RS which I'm delighted with. I may even start buying vinyl again!

It’s not an everyday purchase, so you want that little bit more from someone selling you that little bit of luxury, and Jamie and Charlie do just that. From the first time we walked into the store just over a year ago to having my dream HiFi delivered they have been there, listening and suggesting those all important tweaks to the set up. Nothing has been too much trouble for them from demos to recommendations and then installing the final selection of kit we chose. Once it was in they didn’t stop with that, ensuring everything was just as we wanted it . As the advert says if Carling sold HiFi they would be selling HiFi Gear Hereford - it has simply been the best experience from start to finish.
