The whole experience of having my ears cleared of wax was:
Quick, pain free and overall a pleasant experience.
The practitioner was charming and friendly.

Very professional consultant and staff…
Very professional consultant and staff at your retail outlet in Peterborough. Ear cleared of wax quickly. Your hearing aid was fabulous but extremely expensive at nearly £4000 for two or half that for one which is all I needed.. I will stick with my NHS aid but thank you.

Mike Daws of Hidden Hearing is a thorough professional
Mike Davis was very professional in his approach and in dealing with my questions. He didn't rush thru the test. Because my ears were full of wax, he advised me to come back to continue the test after the wax was removed. Wax removal was offered to me at a cost; but my surgery arranged the removal free if charge under NHS. It is now done, and I will be going back to Hidden Hearing to complete Mike's testing
