HGV Direct Ltd was incorporated in October 1984 and we are now in our 40th successful year running. From a family run business, we have grown to become a national supplier and distributor of truck parts and provide reliable solutions to the commercial vehicle industry. We have experience assisting customers with different needs and requirements, so whether you own a small 7.5 tonne vehicle or a HGV, we can get you back on the road with our huge selection of parts. Our ethos is Genuine parts by genuine people. We specialise in truck parts but we also offer them for trailer, agricultural and some light goods vehicles. Along side this our range also includes consumables, fleet management packages, diagnostics,garage equipment, tooling and much much more. There are many ways of ordering to make it easy, fast and efficient for everyone. One way would be via our website "www.hgvdirect.co.uk", this is a next working day service, if goods are in stock, which can be distributed via our couriers worldwide and you can benefit from free delivery on all orders over £50. You can collect parts directly from one of our 19 branches across the UK or you can phone directly or even email in your requests. Our dedicated staff is present to ensure you find all the right parts, tools and consumables swiftly and in a timely manner. So whatever you need, look no further than HGV Direct Ltd.

As a small business ( as was HGV direct…

As a small business ( as was HGV direct when we began to use you ) we face struggles of cash flow from time to time , I was almost forced to close the company and reached out to those in charge at our depot ( castle Donington ) who assured me they understood our temporary predicament . When I went without wages and paid the amount owed to clear the amount I was told my business was no longer required . A huge kick in the teath to

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced while running your business. Cash flow issues can be incredibly stressful, especially for small businesses, and we understand the sacrifices you made to meet your obligations. As a company, Credit accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and if spend isn't enough to warrant them then these facilities are withdrawn but we always offer trade, where goods can still be purchased but on a payment on order basis. This method is open to yourself and when your spend returns back to a more regular basis then they can look at reopening the account for you.
