Doctors that I saw were good however I have been cancelled 3 times and my treatment paused while they didn’t get funding - would not recommend them at all
I was unable to take a photo of my skin…
I was unable to take a photo of my skin problem & download it to them. However, they sent me an appointment albeit a distance from my home, they saw me on time & fully understood my condition. I have been very pleased with the improvement in my condition after using their recommended medication/cream.

Significant treatment delays, poor booking system.
My care was suddenly transferred to HealthHarmonie in October with very poor communication. At the time, I was taking Mycophenolate from my previous dermatologist, which required blood tests every three months. I explained this to HealthHarmonie, but they did not take over the responsibility of monitoring me. Because I was being unmonitored, I stopped taking my medication for my own safety, which I informed them of during a telephone appointment.
Following this, I was told in November that I was on a waiting list until January or February. I heard absolutely nothing further, until I called them myself in late February.
The booking system is incredibly limited and difficult to navigate around normal working hours. It frequently requires taking days off for standard appointments, or forces you to accept telephone consultations as the only available offering. In one instance, they cancelled an appointment just 24 hours before it was due and could not offer a suitable replacement. Every telephone appointment I have been forced to take has been unsuitable to advance my treatment.
There is a disconnect between the clinic advice and the booking system. After starting a new medication in June, I tried to book my a 4 week followup on 8th June. I was instructed by staff to call back during the third week of June. Instead, on 18th June, I received automated text messages after 8:00 PM offering a telephone-only appointment for mid-July, which would cause me to run out of my medication weeks before. I called the next day, and the team struggled to find a slot, eventually booking me for a phone appointment on 3rd July (today).
During this call, the dermatologist informed me that company policy prevents them from prescribing Ciclosporin over the phone, booked me for an in-person appointment next week (something that wasn’t on offer over the phone or via their text link booking system) making the appointment unproductive and leaving me with a one week gap in my treatment. The clinician advised that I should simply book two weeks in advance. However, the reality of the booking system is completely at odds with this advice: I booked this appointment on 19th June, which was two weeks ago, yet a telephone slot was still the only option available, and as previously mentioned their automated system was only offering telephone appointment 4-5 weeks away. The clinicians appear to have no understanding of how restricted their own booking system actually is.
Frustrating and leads to delays in health care
HH leave messages with no information when they randomly call at a time which they have not pre arranged. I have been unable to establish who the call was for as I am registered for my children and my mother as a contact for most medical matters. I was unable to establish who the call was for and what the nature of the call was. When I called back i was unable to proceed as I did not have this information. This led to me almost being referred back to my doctor.
When I managed to get through on a Saturday after waiting on call waiting for half an hour, they booked me in for a telephone call and they didn't call me on time.
The appointment was over the phone and they did not call in time when I had to plan the appointment around my work schedule. I was not called back and now I have been booked in for a procedure that I don't even know if I want it as I didn't get the opportunity to speak with a clinician.
Unless you want to be humiliated i would go elsewhere
As a senior nurse working for an NHS organisation for the last 16 years I have tough skin and can handle most things that come my way. I have never been made to feel so belittled and angry in my life. The complaints procedure is dreadful and having filled out a complaint using their own guidance I am yet to even receive an acknowledgement, never mind the promise of investigation. If I could leave a 0 i would believe me because they dont even deserve a 1 star. From poor communication, never seeing the same clinician twice unless of course you dont want the same one then you get them repeatedly, process not explained, to be made to feel like an idiot and nit worthy of additional appointments as they wont get paid for them. The best though was having your experiences of difficult children and current domestic violence sneered as not good enough reasons to return unused medicines while being accused of lying. I have genuinely never felt so humiliated and upset in my life.
Total joke
HAVE NOW CHANGED COMPANY NAME TO-
MEDINET MINDS ! ! !
Total joke, take the time to answer questionnaires then hit submit &….. NOTHING!!!!
Attempt to contact them?
Don’t waste your time and mental health!!! On hold forever and never get through then after a few days of ringing now the dam automated phone options to direct you to required department aren’t registering key presses !!!!
To add insult to injury I’m now being bombarded with “gentle reminder” to complete forms txt messages at 8pm at night!!!!
WTAF???
Excellent staff and always seen on time.

If I could give it zero I would …
If I could give it zero I would …. Spent literally hours on the phone in queues to be either cut off or told if want a local appointment (5 miles away) call back again to see if have any in two weeks or take an appointment 25 miles away… then when did see someone was given a prescription for something the chemist can’t get so back in the queues for another hour to get a phone appointment for 6 days later to discuss and still waiting for the call. Also never received any confirmation emails or texts for appointments. Had exactly the same experience with them years ago - just just get stuck on this merry-go-round of queue for an appointment, wait weeks for it then just get told to come back again in X weeks/months time …they keep responding to reviews to say it is not the service they expect to offer but never seem to do anything about it! And how
does anyone who can’t drive get to appointments 25 miles away?
Rubbish service!
I would have given a 5 but have now dropped it to a 1 as the dermatologist told me she would refer me for patch testing, but after a month and a half since the appointment, I have heard nothing. I called last Thursday and the agent said there were no appointments available yet as there wasn't enough people to warrant a clinic in my area. He also said his supervisor would call either Friday or today(monday) and they have not. I wasn't offered a clinic elsewhere! This is a disgraceful service and a clear example of the shocking care given when the NHS farms out their patients to private companies. I will write to my MP to complain about this shortly if nothing is sorted soon. I am in a good deal of discomfort!
The appointment was late. Rude doctor
The appointment was late. The doctor was rude and dismissive and rushed me out.
Shocking overall service

The place where i went to parking was limited and waiting area small. However lovely clinical staff - consultant very gentle. Everything explained well and the procedure was nothing what i was expecting. Was made to feel as relaxed as could be. Thank you
I'd been waiting to be seen by NHS for…
I'd been waiting to be seen by NHS for over 12months when I got referred to health harmonie, I did have a couple of appointments cancelled, but even so, I had been seen for initial and follow up appointment within 3months. Both appointments were with professionals who were very thorough, ran on time yey didn't feel rushed.
Get you act together Healthharmonie
Read some of the reviews and couldn't agree more with the stress of trying to speak to somebody at Healthharmonie BUT THATS WHERE IT ENDS. I have been seen by Dr Shahid Rafiq and his team at Cannock Hospital on 2 occasions for treatment and received 5 star attention. He is kind, conscientious and professional within his field of expertise, so much so that I am returning for further treatment in a couple of weeks time and actually looking forward to attending! A final word to Healthharmonie, get your act together and you could be a great outfit, but at the moment you're letting down the very people that keep you in business.
The contact centre is an absolute joke…
The contact centre is an absolute joke to get through to. It took nearly 2 hours to speak to someone today for a maximum 3 minute phone call. After 15 minutes, you get cut off and have to start again. I did this multiple times, one after the other to finally get through.
The company obviously can't cope/employ the bare minimum number of staff. Massively frustrating and one of the many reasons not to outsource NHS work to private companies.
The person I spoke to said that they had had a lot of calls but I have also had the same experience early on a Saturday morning and late afternoon on a weekday so this seems to be a permanent issue.
Poor quality of service throughout

Takes ages to get through to contact centre
Had cryo spray treatment which seemed prolonged and required further treatment at hospital for bad blistering. Awaiting promised allocation to a different doctor over a month later
Does anyone answer the phones or emails…
Does anyone answer the phones or emails here?
Got referred by my GP 2 months ago and still haven’t been given an appointment.
Spent hours on hold to chase this up for no one to answer despite being told I’m next in line.
Used the call back service where I did eventually get called back around 10 hours later, just for the phone to be put down on me after 3 seconds and no attempts to recontact me.
I have sent emails which have been ignored too.
First Class ENT Consultation
First Class ENT Consultation. Personable, understanding, even providing an unexpected relief therapy at that first meeting. I cannot recommend HealthHarmonie ENT consultation service (Gloucester UK) highly enough.
They didn’t finish the job
They didn’t finish the job. I got a hearing test, and on a follow up appointment I got one ear treated with micro suction. I was told that I would need to do a further hearing test and that another appointment would be made for me (but no explanation as to what had been observed so far), and then after several weeks of silence I have been given a new appointment but with a completely different provider ….
