Very disappointed.
This company does not deliver what is advertised on their website. They charge premium prices but ship items that are completely different from what you ordered.

In my case, I paid for a nice wooden barrel and received a cheap basket instead. When I contacted them, they told me they can substitute items as they wish — which is unacceptable.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not trust this company again.

Excellent communication and delivered as described and on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Hazleton’s again!

Sympathy Basket for a Friend.
My friend lost her mother. The basket was full of treats wine and beer. My friend was totally amazed with everything in the basket. Her and her husband loved it.
It was delivered on the date I asked it to be which is a big plus. The basket was a hit. I will order from there again.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a birthday gift for our daughter, and they completely failed to deliver it on such an important day. It ruined an important once-a-year celebration and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and disappointment. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a full refund. This is dishonest and feels like a complete scam. Completely unreliable and not to be trusted.
I strongly warn others — do not risk using this service

The purchase and ship process was so easy. It came quickly and was packaged perfectly. It arrived earlier than expected. I bought a girl bike diaper cake and it was amazing. I will certainly be buying from here again.

Hazelton's put tears in the eyes of the recipient of our gift to them! I picked the wine and chocolate collection barrel and added on a few extras. They were a well curated ensemble and the presentation was well cared for. I definitely recommend Hazelton's for the discerning pallet!

I made a mistake with the shipping address and I emailed the customer service team and they replied within hours of my order and were able to change the shipping address. And it was on Sunday. I was very relieved and thankful!

I've initially placed the order for the next day however due to some changes in my plans I emailed their support team with a request for same-day delivery. Thought there's no way that would be possible but their team was supuer supportive and they've arranged it and I'm very thankful!

Finding alternative online options for sending gifts to friends and family for all special occasions is refreshing. I will use Hazeltons going forward and recommend to everyone! 🤗

The concept of handling the gifting and the assortment of items on offer are impressive. The gift package arrived timely. The pricing is decent as well.
One thing though. The substitution of one of the items didn’t go down well with my wife. I raised the issue with customer support but the resolution was less than optimal. With that said, I would still place more orders in the future. Thanks Hazeltons!

Please believe me when I say… the gorgeous very expensive gift that you have chosen on purpose for a loved WILL NOT ARRIVE in the same condition as appears in the perfect picture online. And TRUST ME Hazelton's DO NOT CARE! They have a ‘it’s not our problem’ philosophy.
My Mom, who loves orchids was quite happy to pay the small fortune to send me a gorgeous orchid following a hospital visit – only to have me come home to STALKS – ZERO FLOWERS on the actual orchid! The flowers completely DETACHED (broken off from the plant itself). SO I have a green plant - with no flowers. The orchid flowers laying in the box – ZERO flowers on the actual plant, which Hazelton's take no responsibility for – quite happy for me to accept damaged goods on my end??? An orchid without a single flower actually attached to the plant???

I have placed the order from Australia on line and the feedback from the birthday recipient has been very favourable. This is the second order I have placed with your company and both the receiver and myself, the purchaser, have been very happy.

Beautiful Flowers, Great service (quick responses by the customer service with an issue) fast delivery - very worth every $! I am a fan and advocate.

Aside from the additional flowers sent everything in the gift box was an alternative. Most inappropriate was to send alcoholic truffles instead of non alcoholic ones. A coffee press instead of a teapot (an alternative teapot would be reasonable) and cinnamon instead of breakfast tea, added to a total mismash that took all meaning from my gift. In response to my 'valued' feedback the T&Cs were recited along with saying it was rare for everything to be an alternative. Despite initially inferring some recompense for the truffles the standard lines returned. At the least, sending a new box of non alcoholic truffles or chocolate would have been welcomed.
