I found Hazelton's website easily online. The website was very user friendly and efficient. They displayed their product expertly and allowed the customer to view a wide range of product alongside prices. Costs were shown upfront with no hidden charges. They made sending items within Canada easy especially from the UK. Delivery to my friends was timely and as agreed. I would have no hesitation using them again or indeed recommending them.

I would not shop here again. They substituted the most important item in the basket, and that ruined both the presentation and quality. For that price, I could have done so much better. Do not recommend.

I made an order for my friend's birthday and it arrived with the wrong item, and when I emailed Hazelton to inform them of the wrong delivery and how it ruined the whole surprise, they completely brushed it off by saying "substitutions are common in the gifting industry". They didn't offer to exchange it, didn't even apologize, and their email sounded like ChatGPT wrote it. Never again.

We wanted to send our condolences to a family, and ordering from Hazelton’s made the process seamless—especially given that the delivery address was in a very remote location out of province. It would have been nice to see a photo of the actual arrangement before it was shipped to the family, rather than just the mockup shown on the website
