Poor communication did not deliver my basket by Xmas as expected with no communication that it was not delivered
Despite correct address given has not been delivered and now want to charge me again for delivery. The additional charge is nearly half what the basket is worth. Very poor and disappointing service given the gift was for my son at Xmas and he is on the other side of the world! Would not use again

The basket and its contents were really great. The only downside was the carrier. The first time I tried to order, the carrier damaged my gift and the second time the delivery was delayed.

Your delivery notification is misleading: it states that my order was shipped on Dec 23, but I selected Dec 24 for shipping. Maybe change the wording to "Your order is getting ready to ship". Also, the white chocolate snowman, due to the boxing, was not standing, so maybe the vendor should select something that fits the boxing - it's all about presentation. The receiver loved the icing, but said the cake was dry.

It was easy placing my order online and the gift boxes were delivered on the date I requested. My only criticism is that I did leave a voice mail question a couple of weeks before christmas but nobody got back to me, but luckily I was able to work out the answer myself.

I was in a pinch looking for a gift for a relative who just survived a terrifying experience. She lives across the country from me and I was wondering how best to cheer her up. Hazelton’s enabled me to pick a Get Well present easily online and to pick something for someone with strict dietary restrictions. I was so pleased to find what I hoped and to be able to choose additional specialties in the gift basket. They were able to deliver the gift just days before Christmas too. Now that’s service!!
