Hayward Moon Anmeldelser

My experience with Hayward Moon was very positive. Emma Boulton my conveyancer and her assistant Catherine were so helpful. Calls and emails were responded to very promptly and communication was excellent. Thank you.
I would definitely recommend this company.

This is the third time we have used Hayward Moon. This time Emma Boulton was our assigned conveyancer. I cannot recommend them enough! Emma & Catherine were diligent, hard working, reliable and most importantly trustworthy. Our fees were as stated in the beginning, there were no ‘add ons’ to pay at the end. Our purchase transaction was complicated. Emma left no stone unturned ensuring the whole legal process was followed to the letter. We are grateful for this as this is incredibly important for when the house needs to be sold in the future.

We recently used this firm and had a very positive experience. The solicitor Liza was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and her assistant Olivia was extremely helpful and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them.

I have used Hayward Moon for the multiple sales and purchases over the last 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. This time I worked with Charlotte and Jodie and they went above and beyond to meet our exchange and completion date and kept us regularly updated through the whole process.

"Huge thanks to Hayley Wright at Hayward Moon for the incredibly speedy and efficient service! Completing a move around the holiday season felt like an impossible task, but Hayley’s expertise and drive to get things done were truly amazing. We couldn't be happier!"

Hayley @ Hayward moon carried out the conveyancing of our auction property. She was fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend.

Had Kerryanne Pond as the conveyancer for buying my first house. Responses were always prompt and all my questions were answered. The whole process took a little under 3 months - can't ask for better than that.

An emotional sale of my late father’s and my family home handled with sympathy. The staff were efficient meaning that the sale completed in 7 weeks. Would highly recommend.

Jason and Ella were amazing. 100% on it, and made sort everything was covered. Two month turn around, so can't complain.

We have had a really great experience with hayward moon, Rachel was our lead on our case but Linda b has also been very pivotal in getting to where we are now. We are first time buyers so its all been quite a lot to take in and also learn along the way. If your looking for a patience and efficient solicitor company then look no further. Thankyou
J&K

We used Jason @ Haywood Moon as our solicitors to move my elderly father. If you are looking for a patient, kind and friendly solicitor who responds quickly to any questions you have, ask for Jason! He has done an incredible job for us, and I can’t thank him enough.

This is the 3rd time I've used Hayward Moon, and again Jodie & Charlotte are a joy to work with. They are pro-active & responsive, and take away the stress. Thank you again both!

Very satisfied with Hayward Moon, Jason and Ella! Good communication throughout letting us know any updates and always keeping us in the loop.

Excellent service from start to finish on our house sale. Jodie and Charlotte were fantastic, always keeping us updated and giving helpful advice when needed. Would highly recommend this company for any of your house buying/selling needs.

Avoid at all costs if you want a quick transaction!!

*This sale was agreed on a chain free, quick transaction basis*

I have been on the unfortunate receiving end (our buyers conveyancer) of Hayward Moon and their total lack of:

Strategic Planning - ordering local searches two months into a transaction, with an expected turn around from the local authority of two-three weeks, and this is before any review/ subsequent enquiries are undertaken - one example of many i could list. Does this sound like a quick transaction, best practice move? I think not!

Organisation / Efficiency - asking the same questions in different formats rather than extracting information provided within initial data collection forms. Their pre prepared forms only duplicate work, causing time delays, putting the onus on others (opposing solicitor/seller) to do work they have been paid to do.

Time blindness - Total lack of regard to the sellers agreed sale based on a speedy transaction. Timeline milestones not met - always overrunning with weak excuses for delays. Their currently excuse (poor planning) for completion date delay (potentially two weeks or so) is waiting for indemnity insurance policy? Really ? Is that being carved onto a stone tablet and delivered by fred flintstone? Absolutely diabolical.

I am absolutely staggered to see so many good reviews - I would never recommend them to anyone. If any future buyer was to inform me they were instructing Hayward Moon, I would immediately pull out.

I give them one star as my agent thinks they are at the very least responsive - I'm delighted they answer the phone/emails, if only they could focus some of this energy on completing the sale.

We have just completed the sale of my later mothers house with the legal side handled expertly by Jodie and Charlotte at Hayward Moon. They were as always a pleasure to deal with - this is the fourth time we have used them for our conveyancing and I could not recommend their service more highly. We were kept informed at all times and it was nice to finally meet both of the ladies face to face.
Thank you both once again.

We had an excellent service from Haywood Moon throughout a lengthy sale/purchase. Lynne and Debbie were very professional and extremely helpful. They always responded quickly to queries and kept us advised throughout the process. We would certainly use them again if we moved house. I would highly recommend their services.

Lynda and Rachel were fantastic to work with (as well as the rest of the team)! They were always friendly, approachable, and answered my questions thoroughly. Made the conveyancing process feel smooth. Really appreciate their help.

Kerryanne at Hayward Moon helped us complete the purchase of our first house. Throughout the process she was very efficient, very responsive, and provided helpful written explanations summarising key documents.

We would not hesistate to recommend her, and would definitely hire her again. Thank you Kerryanne, Emma and Hayward Moon for all your help!

Liza, Samantha, Olivia and anyone else in the team were brilliant with selling my late mums property. The whole process was simple and straightforward- any questions were dealt with very quickly. Communication within the team and to myself and 2 other executors was very professional and sympathetic as it was a probate sale. Very highly recommended and would definitely use again.
