Hayward Moon Anmeldelser

The property chain was long and complex. Hurdles popped up unexpectedly along the way, but Hayward Moon worked with us to jump over each obstacle and we have now completed.
Open and clear communication was what stood out for us. They explained technical and legal jargon in an easy to understand format.
Thank you for being on our side.

Sold and bought a property with this company. Kaylee was fantastic throughout both transactions. Always replied promptly to emails and followed up any queries I had. She made things happen as fast as possible and was proactive in chasing up other parties.

Hayley and Perry made the woodland purchase straight forward and simple, provided good advised and we closed this within 4 weeks. Always responds within the day which is appreciated and one doe snot have to chase things. I am happy to use them for future work and would also recommend them

Jason was fantastic throughout the process, timely efficient and communicative. Highly recommend for a no hassle property purchase.

When my daughter decided to move house, we appointed Hayward Moon, who we had never used before, to deal with the legal process.

Shona Arnold was a great help throughout. In fact, it was a pretty straightforward transaction apart from the tardiness of one of the other parties in the chain. So we were very grateful for Shona's "pushing" and communication.

We would have no hesitation in using Shona's services in future

Jodie & Charlotte have been fantastic and right on hand throughout the process. Being first time buyers we where naturally nervous however any isses or questions we had Charlotte and Jodie where right on hand to support.

I can’t recommend both ladies enough as when lots of family and friends have been through bad experiences I’m so grateful to have had a really really positive one!

Thank you so much both

We've just completed on our first home, with Shona as our conveyancer. She was excellent throughout - very responsive to any queries or requests, diligent, and always clear on the process at each stage of the purchase. We would certainly recommend Shona to any other first time buyers out there!

Ellie and Tracy at the Ipswich office were amazing for our house move. We did everything on email and things were acted on really quickly. Everything with the move was clear and precise. Would recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend Hayward Moon if you are looking for a firm of solicitors for your house move. They have provided an excellent service to my sister and I as executors selling a house - proactive, thorough, always respond immediately and they are just nice to deal with. We felt we were in good hands and would absolutely instruct them again in future.

I would like to take this moment and thank Leanne at Hayward Moon for her assistance in every matter. I appreciate her professionalism, clear communication, and the way she explained each step of the process. Her responsiveness and attention to details made the experience much smoother than I expected and I felt well supported throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend her services and would be happy to work with Hayward Moon again in the future.

Kaylee Welton at the Ipswich branch helped with the purchase of a property for my mum. Her communication was excellent. This purchase was a leasehold property with legal issues that she drew our attention to and made us aware of.
We are extremely happy that we were recommended to use Hayward Moon and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to Kaylee and her team.

However many queries I had, both Annabel and Maja gave me informed answers quickly and politely so I could understand my position during the sale and purchase of the properties

When it came to choosing a conveyancer for my recent house move, I was initially overwhelmed by the amount of choice, but I’m so glad I chose Hayward Moon on the recommendation of my estate agents. Kerry Whitehead handled both my sale and purchase and made the entire process feel straightforward and as stress-free as a house move can be.

Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt in safe hands thanks to her experience and attention to detail with the legal documents and paperwork involved. When delays arose (through no fault of Kerry’s), she kept me fully informed and was always responsive whenever I asked for an update. Thank you!

We used Hayward Moon for both our sale and purchase and couldn’t be happier. Denise and Zoe were fantastic — always friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. They kept us informed throughout and made a stressful process feel much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Really stress free and fast experience with Hayward moon! Bill Price at the Clacton branch went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and we was happy with what we was getting. Will 100% be using again on the future! Thanks bill

I have been extremely happy with the professional service from Haywood Moon. Emma Fraser was very efficient in the sale of my late father’s house making the whole process run smoothly and swiftly from start to finish. I have to also thank Courtney for here quick responsive emails to.

Hayward Moon executed two sales and a purchase for us and we were very happy with their services. Julia was very responsive and helpful and gave us confidence and assurance through what can be a hugely stressful and unsettling process.

Maja and Annabel went above and beyond for our house purchase, very timely on their responses to queries (of which there were many!). Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Hayward Moon during my house purchase, particularly working with Sharon Harding and Nadine Winter.

Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. When reviewing documents such as surveys and searches, I often found that Sharon had already raised the same questions I had with the seller’s solicitor, which kept the process moving smoothly and gave me a lot of confidence.

They were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We also needed to aim for an ambitious completion date to avoid further delays. They agreed to try, set realistic expectations, and ultimately managed to complete on the exact date we needed.

Fantastic service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Hayward Moon to anyone going through a property purchase.

We have moved house several times & we always had to chase solicitors for updates! From start to finish Charlotte, who was our contact, replied immediately with any queries or concerns we had. Our sale went through quickly & smoothly without any stress on our part. We cannot praise this company enough for their professionalism & thank our two sons for recommending them. We would not hesitate to use them again & would highly recommend them to our friends. Thank you so much & we wish your company every success for the future 😊
