Seen a holiday on line through socials, contacted the stores chat messenger and asked for information, the holiday in question had sold out, but Sarah managed to secure me the same holiday for another date at a similar price. The communication was great and the holiday was booked promptly. Very happy with the service and will use Hays again 🙂

Lovely warm welcoming smile from Luke in the Redcar branch, very informative, patient & polite, i was buying insurance for an under 18 whom was travelling solo, luke made the whole process very simple, talked me through my options & had us sorted within a few clicks of a button, all printed out on paper, a copy for me & a copy for my child to travel with, all important numbers highlighted & everything explained fully. Made a very anxious mum feel settled. Thankyou.
