It was a pleasure meeting with Lucy at Hays Travel in Foyleside. She was very accommodating and helpful and made us feel excited about our trip. She took all the stress and hassle out of booking the trip and offered us a couple of options which we were able to review at home overnight.

Another fantastic experience with Hays Travel foyleside for our holiday last month. Jonathan was so helpful and made sure everything we wanted was what we got. Booked again with him already for next year.

The staff are professional
The staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. They are interested in helping you to get the trip you want.
Danielle and Laura were very helpful, courteous and professional. They make sure everything is completed precisely. They are very efficient.

Never disappoint
We only visited the shop for about 20 minutes with a holiday and dates in mind. In those 20 minutes we had it booked and paid for - stress free thanks to caoimhe. I have booked holidays before with Hays before and they never disappoint

The people at Hays Derry are amazing
The people at Hays have always been welcoming and polite. They are experienced and knowledgeable of destinations and their advice often determines where we go and stay.
WE use Hays in Derry every time when we travel and will continue to do so as we feel confident and secure in their hands.
