Will Use Hays in Foyleside again!!
Very helpful and took time to listen to my requirements and likes. Came up with several options for my budget. Very knowledgeable on lots of destinations.

Friendly helpful Experience
Called in and staff were warm and welcoming and quick to give good advice and recommend a suitable destination for a group of five within our budget. Easily contacted again by telephone to pay and book holiday and give check in support.

Called into Hayes Foyleside to book a trip to Malaga with Lucy- she was soo helpful and provided lots of options for us to consider giving us comprehensive details, advice & printouts of quotes for us to compare. We popped off for a coffee and then came back to book our preferred option an hour later- all done including checking us in, printing our boarding passes and hotel voucher in no time at all! What's not to like? And Lucy is a gem! Thank you very much Hayes Travel Foyleside!

I had a fantastic experience with Hays Travel from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and found me a holiday that suited my budget and preferences perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they explained everything clearly, which made the whole booking process stress-free. Their knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service really stood out.
