Usual excellent service.
As usual the advice, help, knowledge and friendliness from staff made booking the holiday I wanted seemless, and I was able to book the holiday we wanted in no time. The coffee was an added bonus! Thanks again to Jess for sorting it, again!

The young girl on the desk was very helpful and pleasant. We were offered a lovely cup of coffee too. She helped us through the process of booking and booked us in the car park at Newcastle too.

Very friendly customer service advisor
Very friendly customer service advisor, who took her time to find the holiday which I wanted.
She made sure I had everything I needed for my journey to the hotel I requested and back to the airport.
She also sorted out my airport parking.
Her name is Rachel and works at the Carlisle branch.
I will definitely book all my holidays there from now on.
