Hays Travel - Bluewater Anmeldelser 

I went back to Hays Travel as I had such a good experience last year. We booked a very expensive cruise. Karen and Cathleen went to great lengths to ensure that our booking met all of our needs. All of our questions were answered and we were very reassured.

Another great experience at the Bluewater store this time with Millie who gave us excellent customer service.

There have been good elements and not so good elements. The good elements was the way we were delt with with good customer service. The bits that could do with some work was following up on our holiday booking. It took me ringing back to get the holiday booked with the expectation left that we would be contacted once the price was confirmed. The three day delay in booking incured a price increase which kindly Hayes absorbed. We will be using Hayes again for our holidays as the good outweighed the bad.

Gracie took onboard what we were after and found us the perfect holiday along with a coffee and biscuits while we searched
they matched internet price but will do all the checking in and printing off for us

this is the 3rd time i have used Hayes as i have found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and very approachable. i especially like that they really want to help you find the right holiday for you. i especially liked the way Larraine (staff member who works at the branch at Bluewater) double- checked everything and even phone the Foxhunter Park where i am going to inform them that as i am presently using crutches to please "house" me near the facilities (shops etc) and i will definitely recommend the company for their excellent service

How easy it was talking to the rep what we wanted within minutes all booked and the price was right

Upon walking in the store, service was almost immediate and greeted with a smile and a good attitude.
Gracie was very thorough and listened to our wants and needs and accommodated those. Gracie gave personal experiences from the area and provided a good insight.

Rhonda was very helpful and managed to sort out holiday for us very grateful.

So far so good. I had a warm welcome when I entered the store at Bluewater and was greeted by Kathleen the branch manager. We had a chat about my destination and she negotiated a good deal with the travel company Just You.... and I booked the holiday.
