I got seen straight away by Gracie ,She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked the holiday and she arranged the airport parking .extremely happy with the whole process.

From the moment we walked in to Hays Travel we were warmly greeted by Kathleen. Kathleen listened to what we wanted and very quickly guided us through the booking.

Very polite and charming to deal with. Can up with some suggestions for next year’s cruise for our big wedding anniversary.

During my initial visit, Karen took the time to understand my preferred travel dates and budget. She promised to research suitable cruise options and email them to me, which she did promptly. The information provided was clear, comprehensive, and tailored to my requirements.

What particularly stood out was Karen's proactive approach. She followed up with a phone call to check whether I had made a decision and to see if I would like her to explore any additional options. At no point did I feel pressured; instead, I felt genuinely supported in finding the right holiday.

Karen went above and beyond throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service made the experience seamless and enjoyable. She is a credit to Hays Travel, and I am very grateful for her assistance.

Karen listened to our needs made notes was friendly, attentive, informative & really made us feel we were going to get the deal we wanted with all our requirements. Rhona is amazing at her job! She helped us book 2 holidays to Kos - one very soon and the other for 2027. Despite actually being on the Bureau de Change, she managed to multitask! Went Sunday 31st to Look at Holiday and Booked a week in Rhodes with Great help from Jocleyn

The lady who did our booking was lovely however after paying a £500 deposit it turned out she had booked the wrong year. This resulted in a complete change of holiday . She apologised many times and I think she was embarrassed
