Hays Travel - Bitterne Anmeldelser 

My granddaughter wants to go to Poland - the staff were brilliant - I’ve never been - it so happened that 3 members of staff had been and were happy to share there photos and experiences. I left it down to them to find somewhere suitable for both of use to stay and local for everything .
We are not going till December so I’m hoping all goes well 🙂

Michelle was very helpful and it was very easy to book up exactly what we wanted

We had a very good experience with the Hays team in Bitterne who are very friendly. The rep who helped us with our boooking is such a lovely girl and helpful in choosing the right holiday and hotel for us. Also being only 17 she has a good career ahead of her. I don't usually use a travel agent but will definitely use Hays again. 10 out of 10.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The holiday was booked and insurance cover too. Perfect!

I went into the store with no idea of where particularly I wanted to book only that I would like to go to Greece. Margi was extremely patient,friendly and full of advice,.she patiently went from one company to another to get the particulars that I requested and the best price for me.
