The agent knew what offer I was asking about. As she was an apprentice, she asked a colleague for clarification and they worked well together. They even managed to save me some extra money by applying a code/offer.

They worked as quickly as they could but still checked that I was happy with the product.

Margi from Hayes ( Bitterne branch ) was extremely patient and helpful when we were booking a family cruise for 20 people. She negotiated the best price and arranged for us all to be on the same deck of the cruise ship.

Excellent service in finding us a holiday which perfectly fitted our needs. We have used this branch of Hays in the past and the assistant was familiiar with my wife's disability and sorting out her needs. I have no hesitation in using their services again and recccomend them.

Despite moving back to Singapore she still provide me leads for cruises to our taste. Whether issue big or small she is always around to assist us. My granddaughter wants to go to Poland - the staff were brilliant - I’ve never been - it so happened that 3 members of staff had been and were happy to share there photos and experiences. I left it down to them to find somewhere suitable for both of use to stay and local for everything .
We are not going till December so I’m hoping all goes well 🙂
