When there was a problem with our delivery, through no fault of their own, Kelly kept us fully informed about the issue & resolved it effectively. Very timely delivery. We ordered a hamper as a gift and it actually arrived early which was great as it meant they had it in time for the weekend. Very easy to order and the process was very quick and efficient.
