Our GiftRound FlexCard can currently be exchanged for vouchers from more than 95 retailers and brands, including popular choices such as John Lewis & Partners, M&S, Argos, Currys and Airbnb. Other options include IKEA, ASOS and many more across shopping, dining, travel, entertainment and experiences.

Easy peasy!
So easy to set up and accessible. Took the headache out of using my personal bank account to collect money. The e-Token choice was good and the recipient very happy with the store selected for them (although the flex card option was useful to have). My only issue was that as the 'setter upper' I knew how much each person had contributed, which I didn't need to know. A running total is sufficient.

Great collection site!
Every pound contributed goes towards the gift. I like that there's no fees and no hidden charges. There are a wide range of shops to choose a gift card from. The team was very helpful when I ran into technical difficulties.

It was very simple and easy to create a page and monitor the contributions coming in, as I received instant notifications via email. I had an issue opening the link for the final voucher, but as soon as I sent out an email for assistance, the issue was resolved and the support was amazing. There seemed no obvious link presented to do this ... I had to search the 'help' section to find that you had to 'purchase a flexcard with the collection'.
A colleague experienced the same. You need to make this part of the process clearer. If this were improved it would be 5/5. Thanks

Good system and no charge
Great system and supportive staff. A wide range of options for gift cards but I especially like the fact that the full amount collected goes to the recipient. Also, the ability to split collection between multiple recipients was an additional bonus. Highly recommended.
