Hajj And Umrah Experts Anmeldelser

This was the first time for me travelling for Umrah with the family and it was made easier by the support provided by Areeba and Hammad. As it was my first time you will appreciate I had a lot of questions which were answered promptly and courteously by Areeba to provide the reassurances and comfort required. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again when I go again IA.

I recently booked my Umrah package with this company and had an excellent experience! I want to especially commend Ali Murtaza, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. His service was outstanding!

we dealt with Murtaza bhai for the first time and it was a lovely experience from start to end he kept us informed of each step of our booking great job thank you so much brilliant company and team

They set up everything for us prior to our trip and were very helpful and nice.

We had amazing experience thanks to Murtaza and his co.
He stayed in touch with every step of the tour and hotels and transport service were really good.

Woukd definitely be using them again insha'Allah.

I had a great experience booking umrah with hajj and umrah experts. Murtaza Ali provided amazing service.

I had a great experience, hotels, breakfasts, flights, transfers were all excellent. The cost was well worth what we got. My parents and children loved the hotels and the close distance and over all I don’t have any complaints. The transport to Madina was very comfortable and all our luggage fit nicely. Our rooms were upgraded upon arrival and we had a lovely haram view in Mecca and Madina. Alhamdulilah couldn’t ask for more. JazakAllah khair sister Areeba. We will definitely book through your service again in sha Allah.

Areeba was very patient with all my requirements and was very helpful she provided me with what I needed to the T. She was recommended to me by a friend that took good care of her and even checked up on her when she didn’t need to.

I had an excellent experience with Hajj and Umrah Experts. Mr. Zia Mohammed was of great help, he assisted us all along and with every step of our journey, answering all our questions and solving all the issues for us.
I was sceptical about booking the whole experience online.
I highly recommend Hajj and Umrah Experts.
Thank you guys a lot.

الحمد لله
I booked a last minute umrah trip during Ramadan with this company and Ahmed Riaz was very helpful and professional throughout. Communication was prompt and through WhatsApp email and phone which was convenient. A trusted company with good links to hotels in KSA. I would use again.and will recommend to friends and family

Once again, Areeba made it happen so perfect and economical as affordable. Thank you so much once again.

Really fantastic service end-2-end, I only had to give preferred date for Orma in Ramadan, then all was taken care by Hajj and Omra Experts. No doubt we will be using their services from now on. Excellent value for money. Many thanks to Mohammad Bajwa for such an excellent service. Mohsin, London

Excellent service, delivered what they promised. I will recommend this service. The most competitive price in shorter distance from Haram. Very pleased. I used them three times with our group from UK.

We were taken care of by Muhammad Bajwa and he provided an excellent service and great deals !

Eman my advisor made my umrah very successful and great.
I will always use and recommend this service to all my friends and families.

I went on website put in what I was looking for me and family, two days later had a phone call from the agent (hajj and umrah expert) his name Muhammad Bajwa we had a conversation which kind of deal needed he assured me he will sort and book everything thing for me Which he fantastically did. He told me what I needed to do every step of the way Muhammad Bajwa is prompt with calling you back and staying InTouch with you every step of the way and reassuring you with your package deal. I would 100% go through with Muhammad Bajwa for my future bookings

This is second time I used Hajj and Umrah expert.
They helped me choose the right package for visas, hotel, flight and other services at the right price.
I would highly recommend.
Mr Sheraz help this time. Many thanks

Excellent service by Sheraz who help coordinate my flights and transfer.
He was extremely patient with all my multiple requests and constant changes I requested last minute! always on hand whenever I needed him! Will certainly be using them again in the future for my next Umrah/hajj visit inshallah!

The travel agent Awais was very helpful and patient. Was always available to answer any query. For first timers like me overall experience was very good.

Since we were arriving a bit late than the usual check in time. The hotel was informed but when we arrived there was a bit of confusion about the rooms. The local hotel sorted it out quickly.

We also got the transport through this Umrah & Hajj travel agency, which was great. As part of the transport package we had Ziarats (both Makkah & Madina) included. The driver was good but his knowledge of places visited was not great. On the last night when we were being driven ti the airport, the driver Salam, was excellent. On our way he was telling us about different land marks and this knowledge was way superior than the other person. We felt the difference.

Overall I would rate the experience very good

I used this company for me and my husband in January 2025. We paid the initial deposit without being told the terms and conditions and once we asked for that back we were told we would not be getting that back and we decided to just continue as we didn’t want £200 to go to waste. We then paid for our flights and then later on the full booking which showed us which hotel we would be staying at exactly. The night before our flight we got a call and the hotels got changed to a completely different one with no reason as to why, the quality of the hotel was much lower than the one we originally paid for. Arriving at the hotel in Makkah we were taken from person to person for an hour and a half and finally put in a quad room Which was not even clean. It seemed very rushed and we were being put there as a last minute resort. Finally going to Medina, we were told we would have breakfast and a certain hotel that hotel was also changed the night before we were told to sit in front and asked to pay again when we already paid Because the company just put a deposit down in place. We reached out to the company which was very difficult as we were not in the UK they are also asked us to pay and they would refund us. We did not have the funds to do this and we were stressing and panicking out in the lobby thinking we do not have accommodation for the night. This company has absolutely not given what was promised. They have stressed us out and honestly if I could say more, I would do not book with these people. They are scammers and they will try to rob you of what you have paid for. I will never use the service again and I would advise you to not do the same Either.
