I love gym and coffee sportswear so much that I no longer buy any other brand of athletic wear. The leggings, tee's, jackets and fleeces are such good quality that I feel they are worth the investment because they wash well and hold up to a lot of wear and tear. The only criticism I would have is that they can be very slow to restock sizes especially small and medium. Either the notification of when something is back in stock does not work well or restocking sizing is very slow. Please speed this up so I can get more of the Gym and Coffee athletic wear I love .

I ordered two jumpers four weeks ago and only received one jumper. I contacted Gym & Coffee straight away to make them aware of this and to ask when my second jumper would be arriving.

Since then, I’ve heard little to nothing from them. I have contacted them multiple times by email and on various social media platforms, and I am now being completely ignored.

I am currently at a loss of €55, which is extremely frustrating — especially when the issue is so simple to resolve by sending out the jumper I already paid for. It’s baffling to see Gym & Coffee gifting free jumpers to social media influencers around Ireland while a genuine paying customer cannot get the item they paid for.
Due to the lack of response and complete disregard for resolving this issue, I have taken the matter to the Small Claims Court today. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
Very disappointed with the service and customer care.

Fast delivery, excellent quality and vibrant colours. The fleeces are so cosy. I’m already getting my next order ready!!!

*Received worn / stained leggings*
After receiving gym+coffee leggings for Christmas and loving the fit and quality, I recently ordered more items. A pair of leggings arrived with no label, stain on one leg and inside the cr0tch!!!!
I made a complaint straight away and received a generic reply asking me to return the item and to mark as “faulty”. There was no acknowledgement that they sent dirty clothes.
They have ignored my second email. Customer service is incredibly poor given what they have sent! There is clearly no quality control and they don’t seem bothered either.
Update - It’s now 13th Feb and they have ignored 2 further emails and although they have received the leggings back, I have not received a refund or acknowledgment. Such poor customer service!!!

Ordered on the 2nd of January. Hadn't heard anything for two weeks. I emailed them asking for an update and got a general email back to say it was stuck in customs, I emailed back that day looking for clarification on a delivery date. It is now 2nd February and I haven't heard anything else from them and still no package. Extremely poor customer service. First and last time to order from gym and Coffee I'm afraid.

Fantastic products, amazing quality - I’ve ordered multiple times now & every item has been equally excellent. My mum has just ordered too having seen my fleeces. Highly recommend!

Lovely fleece, it’s wonderful to find fleeces and tops that are feminine in amazing colours. Have had many compliments and friends have now also purchased from G+C

Great item, colour pops and delivery was quick. Got it in the sale so price was good too. Will definitely be buying more.

I was charged the full price for a white hoodie. €65 instead of the sale price of €32.50. I have tried to phone the store in Dundrum and the phone isn’t work which is very annoying

Brilliant customer service.
I emailed as there was small imperfection on my polar fleece.
Straight away I received an email apologising, with a return label & an offer or exchange/refund.

I sent proof of postage 5 minutes later a new order had been sourced. This type of good customer service is what will keep me returning to this company. The items are on the more expensive side but the quality & service massively out weigh this.

I have over a dozen items from G+C and am expecting my latest delivery of the gingham horizon layer up jacket, I love every item I have purchased.
Sizing is a bit off but the description of item tells you if it runs big or true to size, I think I have mastered it now.
Customer service is fantastic, never had a problem.
My only issue is they introduce too much gear that I love and it’s costing me a fortune…….I can’t help myself, I think I have a problem haha

I love my fleece. It’s well made, good quality. Love the colours of it. I will definitely get more stuff from this brand

Ordered items for a birthday present on 14th Jan, apparently items shipping from the UK now to Ireland which is new, items shipped in a couple of days which was great.

However, order arrived in Ireland and was stuck in customs for a number of days - no movement. Reached out to customer service to see could they figure out what the delay was - no response except for an automatic one saying that they're 'busy' and will respond in a few days. 26th Jan I contacted An Post and they advised that the item was being returned to sender due to insufficient customs information from the retailer.
Naturally I tried to contact customer service again and surprise - no response. Messaged on Instagram, tiktok, commented on both also tagging them in multiple posts to hopefully get noticed but still - nothing.

This is a company I have ordered from before and previously had no issues but clearly something has changed and they've stopped caring about the basic aspects of business and connecting with their customers. I have a feeling if I was an influencer I would get a very quick response...

Top quality, so comfortable. My one wish is that all your fleeces would have pockets 🤞🏻. I bought two fleeces but the black and white stripe one just didn’t suit me. The process for returning the fleece was so easy. You have my support and I can’t wait to see the new season styles that are coming soon.
