Great Railing Anmeldelser

Always check your order. You can order 1 thing or 100 things and they will always mess it up and assume no responsibility for it. It’s great that their incompetence cost me money and time 😑

Great material made right here in New Jersey

1. Take that guy off answering the phone .. He says he’s the answering service .. put him in back counting screws ..
2 The women who helped me 5 stars she handled sales call with ease and completed transaction ..

The woman that waited on me at the window, Joan, she was extremely curteous, kind, very helpful. Very Very professional.

Guys were very nice but they told me they could not back up to the fence and drop the material in the backyard. I had to load my truck and move it 30 feet myself.

Great prices, well stocked. Great customer service, always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied

Terrible service. No one answers the phone , Götz directly to answering service. Left multiple messages but no one ever returns phone call. Unless you drive there no help available.

Fast response great attention to detail and convenience of packing material for shipping and handling

I had a great experience with Great Railings. They were prompt with a quote and would respond to emails within the hour. The delivery was fast and the product was exactly how described on the website. They even had the best rates! I will definitely do business again with Great Railings on my next project.

ordered our solar lights by phone order, very helpful and organized with the order

My experience with Great Railing was “Great”! All staff members I worked with were very knowledgeable & helpful.
I am not a contractor. I was purchasing material for a DIY deck upgrade. They were patient with me & ensured I ordered everything needed to complete the project!

Great people working very hard to get your order in your truck accurately. Busy yard but everyone is doing their best in a friendly way to make sure all orders are brought out to your vehicle as fast as possible.

Ordered some lights and a transmitter. Great price.

Quick delivery. Happy with product. Friendly help.

The product is getting below average, constantly scratched boards all the time have to check every single board and when you get 40 boards you can’t until your installing absolutely horrible, fencing post 1 out of 3 are dented or scratched as well, railings don’t always have the hardware to install , it seems like always something wrong and customers are talking about it there. It has to start from the top they need to pay attention more to the product they are supplying because the employees are always trying to do what they can to help. Very disappointed.

I appreciate the availability of the materials, and styles that we want, however, I wish the company was a little more organized. We've had to make three, four-hour round trips, to obtain the materials that we could have picked up in one trip.

I needed some LED stair lights replaced. Was directed to the Great Railing website where I used the bot to explain what I needed.

I received a reply right away, placed my order and th package was delivered the next day.

A "great" job!

I’ve had nothing great experiences over the years using Great Railing for both my business and personal needs. Their selection and pricing is unmatched in the region. You can go wrong with Great Railing.
