Excellent service. Very professional and a much quicker turnaround from the template to the worktop than I expected

Just had our 2nd installation (different house 4 years ago) from Granite Masters at Hillington. From Kate and Chris in the showroom to the Stevie the templater, communication was excellent and the fitting team yesteday did a brilliant job once again. Thanks guys, a brilliant company and I think the prices are very reasonable for a great product.

Seamless experience from visiting showroom to final fitting, everyone very helpful

We popped in just for a look and ended up replacing our worktops! We were more than pleased by our choice and the efficient and professional way the job was completed. It was something we always wanted to have done and we would recommend Granite Masters to anyone. Thank you.

Got 3 quotes from different companies and this one I saved over £1,000 Callum was amazing not pushy and the guys that measured and installed where all brilliant highly recommend 👍

Ben and Graham from granite masters were amazing, they did a brilliant job fitting my quartz worktop explaining everything and where so nice they made me feel at ease straight away. Kate from the Hillington store was amazing and patient with me while the kitchen was being fitted. All in all I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend granite Master

Impressive service from start to finish. Calum helped us pick the right quartz surface and it was a very quick and efficient turnaround from choosing to template and fitting. The quality and price was great. I would definitely recommend Granite Masters

Every aspect of our engagement with Granite Masters was highly positive. From the initial planning advice provided by Libby and Stuart to the excellent installation work of the fitters, joinery team Callum and Allan and plumber Russell we felt supported throughout. I was very impressed by the fact that Granite Masters maintained a consistent overview of the job by means of visits made by Chris and that quality and customer satisfaction were consistent emphases. Many thanks to the team for all of their hard work, a really pleasant group of people to deal with.

The quartz worktop is gorgeous and fitted well a great team and I couldn't be happier
The only thing was when my old worktop was being removed my cupboard door was damaged however a new one was ordered and just waiting for it to be fitted
I'm having to do work in my flat and keeping it as less expensive as possible as I don't have a lot of money and Granite Masters have helped me to do that 👍

Delighted with the whole process from showroom to installation, and the finishe article. Transformed our kitchen at a relatively low price (compared to a new kitchen)

Sales staff were easy to deal with and gave us time to reach our own decision. We provided our own measurements and pictures which was enough to give a quote and refine the design.

The installation involved a number of skills, but they all arrived at a coordinated time and their communication was excellent. Each of them were tidy, and a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy second time we've had granitemasters Ben & Brandon made it look simple the surveyor & plumber did a good job. Well done and thank you.

I was pleased with this company from start to finish. Libby was extremely helpful and approachable, I was given a keen price for the silestone that I ordered, and was given her number in case I had any queries. Liam who did the template was excellent and very professional, as were the three fitters Brian, Mark and Jack, who were also very professional and helpful, they gave lots of advice on how to care for my worktop and did an excellent job in fitting it. Would highly recommend this company. Laura Santi

Calum was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right material for our kitchen and decide exactly where it would look best. He then managed our job superbly, kept us informed of what was happening and was always available and willing to help.
All the guys who came to our home were helpful, polite and careful.
The job was completed to a very high standard and we are delighted with our new worktops.
A special thanks to John the joiner for preparing everything so well and finishing the job off to beautify

We have had our granite worktops measured supplied and fitted from Granite master . I could not speak more highly of them from start to finish. From initial visit to the showroom where we had samples given to us to take home to view . Libby provided excellent information over the phone and kept in contact with us to update any information . The guy who measured was on time and efficient . The fitters - mark and Davie were both great and done a fantastic job fitting our worktops. Overall very pleased

Excellent service from the first time we entered the showroom, Stuart & his team have great product knowledge & provided us with some great ideas to meet our requirements.

Once we selected the 20mm GM cloud the experience was seamless from home surveyor through to installation with the team explaining the sequences is in a clear & professional manner.

In the background we had a separate discussion to replace our existing bar top with a new black granite stone, this like my kitchen was installed to excellent standard & better still looks great.

Massive thank you to Stuart & the team at Granite Master showroom for helping us choose our quartz for our dream kitchen in our new extension. Ended up choosing calacatta cloud (white). This was installed in our house just over 1 year ago. Fitment organised by Kris & installed by his amazing Team (Ben & Brandon). These two lads are so professional, attention to detail is exquisite, so friendly & polite, full of great after care advice, and cleaned up beautifully once finished. Lads you’re welcome back any time ! Thank You! As you can see: even after 1 full year the worktop & splash back are still gleaming white. It cleans up so effortlessly & still looks amazing. The recommendation to add the same material as a splash back was great & we were not pressured in any way to add this. In fact we initially wanted the thicker more expensive quartz & was advised this would look ok in a country style kitchen but perhaps not in our contemporary style kitchen. We are so glad we listened to your advice & also saved a fortune. Can’t say enough about the service of Granite Masters: 100% fantastic experience. Lads even came back a year later after some tiny settlement issues due to the extension works (not related to work top fitment at all) it made the quartz unit move by the smallest margin (talking 0.5mm or less in movement) the lads Ben & Brandon (via Kris) were back & made the worktop showroom perfect again. Yet again, absolute heroes. This Team take pride in their work….hence the unbelievable & no cost to us, worktop amendment / great customer service / aftercare.

Absolutely fabulous service from Granite Masters in Hillington Glasgow. They were so patient waiting on an appliance that took 10months to be delivered and it was all worth the wait. Our granite worktop, splashbacks, and counters in our two pantries looks amazing. The fitters were polite, professional and so helpful and left a fantastic finish. In addition, GM made us a hearth for our log burner with our remaining granite at no extra cost - absolutely above and beyond! Thanks to the whole team, we would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a quality finish.

I went to another granite company in Hillington as this was a big job and I knew it would be expensive. To get a comparison I went to Granite Masters and Callum came over and was very helpful and very knowledgable. I got a price and they were cheaper which was great so I booked our templating for months ahead as we were having building work. I had to change the date on 3 occasions as we weren't ready for them. It finally got booked in for the first week of the new year and today they got fitted. I cannot fault anything. It was a big job as the island was the super jumbo size but Ben, Brendan and another chap who I didn't get his name were super efficient, quick and very professional. They handled the island worktop very well considering the size along with the worktops and full size back paneling, a utility and a breakfast larder the job looks amazing. Nothing was a problem and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would definetly recommend

I can’t praise Granitemasters highly enough.
A great company to deal with. Everyone was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I worried about buying my quartz worktops from a company other than the one that was supplying my kitchen. I needn’t have. After the template was done my worktops were fitted 3 days later. And I’m delighted with them! After the fit, I asked them to come back and add a bit for me. They did, without question and never charged me any more! The price was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family……..in fact the joiner who fitted my kitchen was so impressed when he saw my end result, he has ordered from Granitemasters for his own new kitchen.

Our builder recommended Granite Masters to replace our existing worktops. The product was excellent and the whole process from planning to fitting was fast, efficient and stress free.
The young men who installed the worktops were wonderful. They took great care of the surrounding areas and were so pleasant and helpful making sure they took any off cuts with them. I would recommend Granite Masters to anyone and particularly Ben, Brandon and Grant.
