Granite Masters Anmeldelser

The standard of work was excellent by all the team (Libby, John, Bryan an Mark). Would certainly recommend them to anyone. The attitude and professionalism was exceptional.

Great experience from start to finish.
2 John's, plumber and joiner, 2 fitters all carried out work cleanly and efficiently

No problem in recommending

From start to finish this company have been fantastic. From everyone in the showroom to the surveyors and fitters I couldn’t ask for much more. They have absolutely transformed our kitchen all at a very reasonable price. Thanks again. John and Fiona

Granite Masters were first class! Everything went exactly to plan, from the plumber and joiner arriving first thing on the Monday morning, they did what needed to be done with precision and were very professional, clean and tidy workers. Tuesday morning the templater arrived and was extremely professional again and went through everything that I wanted & explained very clearly to me what was happening. Wednesday, two young men, Ben and Graham arrived on time (actually a bit earlier which was great) with the worktop and did a fantastic job of fitting it. Both very professional and lovely young men. They had everything clean and tidy before they left. Ben also cleaned my mirror behind my sink. Brilliant service! Thursday morning the plumber came back and connected my gas hob and sink. The team from beginning to end were amazing. Highly recommend this company and they are being well represented by this team.
Go to Hillington and treat yourself to first class workmanship.
Thanks to Libby, Stevie, John, Ben, Graham & John. I'm delighted!

Absolutely brilliant service from Granite Master from start to finish. The turnaround was incredible — the job was templated yesterday and our quartz worktops were fully installed today!

Ben and Graham were excellent, really professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. The worktops look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Would highly recommend Granite Master to anyone looking for quality worktops and first-class service.

Yes you did fit a large kitchen in Peterhead I have all the receipts and you damaged my units. You never repaired them.
Look at your emails.
You are not a honest company.

Excellent, high quality and good value stone worktops, templated accurately and accurately fitted by Ben, Graham and Jack. Installation team were fast, efficient and gave very helpful advice. Delighted with the finished results.

The men who fitted the granite worktop were very professional and friendly. They did a great job . The granite worktop is also great. However the pre cutout for the hob was the wrong size and so we had to get the men back the next day to cut out the correct size. This was very dusty and held up the other workers who were fitting my kitchen . When I phoned to report this matter I felt that there was no urgency to rectify it and I originally had to wait the whole weekend which would have held up the other workmen for my kitchen. It took a second phone call where I insisted I got the men over the next morning which they did! Also I felt I received no proper apology. The guy who measured the template was so quick I am not really surprised he did not do a correct job.

We had an excellent service start to finish. From initial quote to visiting the showroom to templating to fitting the service has been first class. We have lots of tradespeople in our house over the last 2 years and the fitters were the best. Clean tidy and fast, the finish they left was exceptional. The biggest bonus was all this was cheaper than compact laminate!

Great company to deal with in Glasgow. We felt very welcomed by Libby from the first phone call to our showroom visit. Stevie and Libby were just fantastic and explained everything about the company and products available. Great price too.
The communication was excellent all throughout the purchase to fitting.
We then had a different man Stevie come out and do the template for our worktop. Again he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the fittings.
Two days later we had Brian and Mark deliver and fit our worktops, both were very respectful, pleasant and friendly. Once again their knowledge of the granite tops was absolutely top class. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service from initial enquiry to installation. Calum at Granite Masters couldn't have been more helpful. Installation went really smoothly and Graham and Jack were great. Kitchen looks stunning and at a fantastic price. Would highly recommend 👌

Granite Masters were efficient, professional and courteous throughout the purchase and installation process. Bryan and Mark installed the quartz and were both great to deal with, making sure the job was done to a high specification. Really pleased with job and would recommend Granite Masters.

Superb service from Graham and Jack. Talked me through everything for after care. Very fast efficient and friendly service throughout. Can't recommend them enough.

John and Craig came in first to strip out the old worktops and get the cabinets ready John’s removal work was spot on, and Craig (the plumber) did a great job disconnecting the taps and cooker without any fuss. Both were tidy, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing.

The fitters, Ben, Jack and Graham, then came to install the new worktops. They arrived on time, got stuck in, and the standard of the finished fit is excellent. On top of that, all three were polite, friendly and easy to have in the house a real credit to the company.

Can’t fault any part of the process. Would happily recommend Granite Masters to anyone thinking about a worktop replacement.

First class service, from visiting the Hillington show room through to templater coming out to measure up, and to the lads who fitted the excellent quality and value Granite star galaxy worktops. I found they were also very flexible with fitting dates around our holidays, would have no hesitation in using Granite Masters again

Had a very positive experience with this company. Pauline and Calum helped us choose a lovely style of worktop. The fitting of the worktop was timeously carried out by Ben and Graham who did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

Ben and Graham from Glasgow Granite Masters did a great job, very tidy efficent and professional.

The kitchen worktop is top quality. I would highly recommend them.

Just had granite tops fitted by Graham and Ben, can I just say, I was getting hot flushes!
My tops are lovely, BUT, watching Ben wiping them down was a joy! That wee shaky bum thing he does, oof, I had to go for a cold shower after.
Highly recommend for fitting and viewing experience 😁

Exceptional experience dealing with GM from the moment I walked into the Hillington Showroom. I intially dealt with Libby C who had a look at our kitchen plans made a number of recommendations and calculated me a price which I must admit surprised me. I had watched the video on FB which said "if you are going to put Compact Laminate in your new kitchen get a quote from us first."I did and the quote for my quartz worktop was identical without me revealing a figure. After a couple of days when comparing samples with the kitchen units we decided to change to all black. In store I met with Stuart G who recommended that we should go with black granite as opposed to black quartz which in the end was great advice and at a priced I couldnt refuse. No deposit was taken, we booked in a date for estimated installation and Stevie the surveyor got in contact. Our fitter liased with Stevie and had all the units etc in place for drawing up the template. Stevie arrived, explained the process and made out the template checking where we wanted draining grooves etc. That afternoon (Tuesday) I received a call from Chris at GM and who said they would be good to go on the Friday morning at 10am. At 10am on Friday the fitting team of Bryan Jack and Mark arrived skillfully negotiating a near 3 metre long piece of granite through the hallway of the house. By 1pm they had gone leaving a pristine Premium Black Granite worktop. Thank you GM for making what initially I thought would be a stressful process into an absolute pleasure. If you are planning a new kitchen - dont buy from the unit manufacturer, Go to Granite Masters for an exceptional experience at an exceptional price with exceptional people

Lovely worktops at a good price, and excellent customer service.
When we had an issue, it was resolved quickly, and they even came back a second time to resolve a second issue that was not of their making as we had got the size wrong for the sink waste, so they came back to redrill it. Highly recommended.
