Thorough, professional, very fast, and knowledgeable. Highly highly recommended!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this team of professionals and their knowledge of various industries and what employers/ recruiters are looking for. I very much appreciate their honesty and integrity! They are true professionals! They truly care about your future and how the terrific service they provide will elevate your career. I’ve worked with them on more than one occasion and they have been consistent in providing me with a great product along with amazing customer service. The care they put into my resume opened many doors. I believe everyone should invest in a professionally written resume. This is definitely the go to company!

Excellent service have used them once before with great results.

I'm very happy with the services this company has provided. They are professional and know this space verywell. Initially, I was skeptical about the process for creating my resume. However, I now have to admit that they did a good job in outlining what I do best and what makes me to stand out. The resume outlines my strengths and the outcome I delivered through my work experience.

I used About Jobs LLC to help me with my resume 2 years ago, 2016. Management and resume specialist writers were very collaborative and attentive to all my needs. Not only they exhibited professionalism in customer service, but also in writing my resume in a professional and high quality manner. It TRUYL helped me tremendously in my job search. Recently, I sought their assistance for my wife’s resume where again they demonstrated the same level of professionalism. Highly recommended….

Excellent experience with a courteous and highly professional staff. I would definitely recommend About Jobs Resume Writing & Career Management to my colleagues and will use them again in the future.

This was the first time in 35 years that I needed a resume! I was skeptical but felt that I needed to enlist some help building a strong viable resume that would peek interest with employers. I was lucky to have been assigned to Paula and she is nothing short of fabulous! She listened intently and gave suggestions that she felt would enhance my story in the resume. I am thrilled with the end result and now have a resume that truly describes my achievements, work history and philosophy. Thank you Paula, you are the best!

The resume package I received is better than I imagined. Maryann is a master at her craft, I couldn’t have written a better resume and CV

An unannounced phone interview necessitated an immediate upgrade to my 2 year old Resume. I stressed the urgency to Maryann Riggs from “got the job “and she made the new changes to my career history and returned the Resume expediently so that the employer received the upgraded version before our phone interview. A true Class Act! Thank you so much!

Excellent team! I would highly recommend AboutJobs to anyone searching for a job and needing assistance with this process. They are the "Fairy Godmothers of the Job Search"... :)

Wonderful service; they were very informative and helped walk me through this process. I highly recommend them to those serious about a career change.

So happy with the results of my updated resume and LinkedIn profile. I've been out of the 'job search' game for years and was not well-versed on the current landscape. About Jobs taught me a lot. Well worth the investment.

They have produced two resumes for me, quality is second to none. Definitely worth the money.

i had a lovely resume writer who really "got me"; however, due to delays (some of which could not be helped), it took about 2 months to get my resume re-done. i definitely do feel that the end product will help me get called for interviews, and can recommend ABOUT JOBS.

Unfortunately, I can only rate this company as average. In the past, we used their services with an excellent product outcome. I was highly disappointed that the new ownership doesn't provide the same level of professional service and product out come. It took approximately 2 weeks of back and forth before the final package was received. Working with the writer was fine because I understood that she was attempting to capture a particular result.

The final package received ( from the main office) was the problem. The Text document provided did not resemble the word resume. In fact, the text document was 3 pages long instead of 2 pages like the resume. The formatting was drastically off. I sent numerous detailed e-mail instructions regarding the changes that were needed. These instructions were ignored or a claim was made that only blank e-mails were received. The president suggested we talk by phone, but if you can't follow a list of written instructions talking by phone would be a further waste of time.
Towards the end, I was frustrated and decided to make the changes on my own.

I spent about three months researching resume companies and finally decided to turn Anout Jobs . I am so happy I did . I made contact via email and they were so responsive . From the start to completion of my resume building which was approximately a week ,they were very professional ; they met every timeline given whether it was for a call , first draft and final delivery . I am so pleased with the great job they did with my resume , cover letter etc. that I would definitely recommend them for any of their services.

Very professional, did a great job with my resume package.

A friend purchased a resume package for me two years before I followed up on it. I did the initial resume assessment, and I loved the honest feedback. But I then became overwhelmed with the questionnaire to complete so they can best pair you with your resume writer, and that writer can help you with the content of your resume and cover letter.

That questionnaire sat in my inbox for two years, and it haunted me. I kept trying to fix my old resume, and it wasn't bad. It was just okay. However, It did not answer the employer question: “What will you do for me?”

I took the plunge and decided to not be a perfectionist, and to just fill out the questionnaire in the best way I could.

I e-mailed it back to the company on a Friday afternoon. They still had my receipt on file, and they were happy to help.
Within one hour, I got a response from my certified resume writer with an appointed time for a phone interview on the upcoming Monday morning.

My resume writer was focused, professional, and thoughtful in how she probed to gain additional information when I struggled to articulate. Even though there were questions that I could not answer, she was unfazed. “Don’t worry. I’m okay without that information.”

At the end of the interview, she was clear about the timeline for project completion. I knew what to expect, moving forward.

Eight hours later, I received a draft copy of my resume and cover letter for me to approve. I opened the document and began to read. My mouth fell open. She perfectly captured me on paper, and it was the best version of me that I’ve ever seen. She was accurate and thorough, and my resume and cover letter are an honest representation of what I offer to those who open these documents.

I wrote back to her with a couple of minor revisions. She got back to me within the hour to let me know when I could expect the updated version. I had it the next day.

Every time I read this resume, I’m stunned. I feel like I gave her straw, and she gave me gold.

I spent years working on my resume and cover letter. Then I spent more time worrying about whether they were good enough. She spent eight hours, and now I don’t worry if they’re good enough any more.

The cost was worth it. I looked at it in the same way as I look at the cost of purchasing new clothes for an interview. I would just totally not waste my time doing my own resume any more. It’s more helpful to have someone who isn’t you, who can step back and help shine light on all that you are, and all that you’ve accomplished. I couldn't do that; she could. And she did.
