I had no personal contact with the Surveyor (Daniel Smith) but having received the Survey Report I was genuinely blown away with the level of detail and professional quality of the report.

Stay away from this company, 600 pound and there excuse for not checking if the heating system worked was it wasn't turned on, the home owner could of turned it on in seconds, the whole survey was just stating the obvious that even a child could, don't waste your money on this scam company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rarely take the time to write reviews like this, paid well over £1000 for a level 3 survey on a property recently. The report raised a large number of red flags but, when I went to the relevant sections of the report, stated things like they were unable to comment on the relevant item and suggested I commission further surveys. This included declining to comment on fundamental areas like heating and water because “the heating was not on at the time” and they did not turn on any taps. When I queried the utility of the report, I was informed they could not test these items because no one was present at the property but at no point was I asked to arrange this. I was then told I would need to pay even more more to have the report corrected.

From start to finish an easy process. Joe made the whole process simple and explained everything. Happily recommend these guys

I had a great experience with them so far. They've provided quotes for the conveyancing on re-mortgage and the new purchase, plus the building surveys. They've been very responding in sorting out any queries. Cameron was very quick to set up the building survey quotes and get it actioned, polite and pleasant to deal with, so would recommend overall.

They've been incredibly helpful in taking me from the initial stages of engaging with solicitors and through to conveyancing. They made it very simple and did all the leg work for me. Would definitely use them again. Special shout out to Andy Munro who was the main person I was in contact with. Really lovely, knowledgeable, and put me at ease through the whole process.

Had a dealing with these guys for getting a house i’m purchasing to be surveyed. Joe & Harry on the phone are great guys, no unnecessary up selling, straight to the point with a great recommendation. Still yet to have the survey completed. however, more than happy to give these 2 a 10/10

DO NOT give them your details or submit a quote. They will HOUND you afterwards and even if you tell them you're not interested and to remove your details - they don't!
So far they have called me, emailed me, left voicemails and texted me a total of SEVENTEEN TIMES in a week and a half. I have now told them on the phone and via email THREE TIMES to remove my details and stop contacting me but they haven't honoured that!!
Absolute virus of a company as soon as they get your details.
I wouldn't go near them even if they had competitive prices. Needless to say we went with another company!

Joe Sweetman was my go to person at GoTo Group and he was very helpful in handling my queries as well as explaining the entire process which was very helpful for me as a first-time buyer. Generally, I would also recommend GoTo as they appear to know their stuff!
