First class service 👍.
I went to Go Outdoors Warrington for pair of hiking pants. Sue, the lady manning the tills organised changing room availability for me straight away. Sue was chatty and friendly, which was nice and relaxing.
I was torn between 2 pairs, and after chatting to Sue she offered some very good and sensible input, which helped me make up my mind. I am very pleased with my purchase,and thank Sue for her excellent help and service 😀 😊.

Great selection of products as ever and got a great deal on a new pair of boots, better still with an extra 15% off
Bought via click and collect as I knew exactly what I wanted, fast and friendly; what’s not to like?

Upon entering shop staff Sue was a great help

I placed an order on 21st March, a month ago.
I went to the shop 2 weeks ago and they said the item had not arrived.
It was actually in the shop so I bought it there and then.
I'm still waiting to be notified when I can collect the item so that I can then return it and get a refund.

Jessica in the Warrington store Sunday 26/4/26 Noon was extremely kind and courteous despite being busy and couldn’t ask for more thank you Jessica.

I ordered a pair of climbing shoes online and picked them up in store last week. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home that the security tag had been left on, which was inconvenient and took some effort to remove.

Charlotte was very friendly and dealt with us honestly and very socially, requesting help from her colleague Jake who was more knowledgeable on bottled gas and matching to specific regulators. Couldn’t have gone any smoother, we’ll be back for our next exchange 😁😁

Well done for accepting Blue light card at till .And I got 20% discount. Fot lots of places you have to go online, pay for a voucher etc all before you've gone shopping, before you know what you want.

Not impressed, no staff on the shop floor to assist, had to go searching which wasn't a good start, I purchased some items and also renewed my membership.
The next day I placed an order online and it wouldn't accept my membership number, just kept saying to add the membership fee to my order, so after a few phone calls it was sorted, so I ordered for collection to store.
Well !!! I waited over a week and no email to say its ready to collect, so again I had to chase the order by telephoning, only to be told the item was at the store already, just no one had informed me.
Not very impressed with the service I received and I won't be rushing back, I will try elsewhere unfortunately.

The young man Connor on footwear was very helpful attentive and listened to what we asked for in our boots.

Needed some more Grangers Wash & Repel, the store had it in stock but Grangers have changed the product & you need a tumble dryer to activate the repelent, unfortunately I don't have a tumble dryer, no problem, Sue was on hand to give some great advice & point me in the right direction, very helpfull & knowledgable lady.

Got the NIKWAX twin pack instead, I use NIKWAX cream for my leather hat's & it does such a great job, never thought of looking at their products for the TECH WASH & TX DIRECT.

Nice friendly staff store had everything I needed

Cheery and helpful staff. Charlotte was particularly good as we had a wee problem at the till but she sorted it. We'll done!

Christopher was very helpful and informative. We had a struggle setting up the ladders on a OEX roof tent. He guided us through step by step thoroughly and very clearly. Thank you for making it so easy. Also the young girl who served us on the till ( didn’t catch her name) was lovely and polite.

We went in today after our tent suffered some damage due to a fault with two of the zips and wanted to see it our warranty would cover any of the repair. We spoke to Chris who could not have been more helpful and Sue who helped us at the till and we were able to leave today with a new tent and leave our old tent with them. We have shopped at go outdoors in Warrington for years and will continue to do so. Absolutely fantastic service and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you both.
