Nice and efficient store sales
There is only one store sales when I visit. Sorry forgot his name.
He is so friendly and efficient. The best sales in Golden Square so far I met.

I purchased a hooded fleece for my son…
I purchased a hooded fleece for my son as a gift, later returning it to the store to exchange for a larger size, which unfortunately was unavailable in store at that time. I had no problems receiving a refund and later ordered online (from the same company). The item was received in good condition but I was surprised that it was just placed in an oversized, albeit strong, plastic bag. I do support the reduction of single use plastics but using a smaller outer bag with a protective inner bag would be preferable. Despite the packaging issue I would still shop online and in-store with this company as I was pleased with the product.

Ordered something to collect from store. Waited 10 days and still no email to tell me it’s ready to collect. To then ring customer services and for them to tell me they have no idea where the order is.

Didn't tell me that the discount card…
Didn't tell me that the discount card had an expiry date on it, when I signed up for it so had to renew it. Only signed up to it in summer to get some camping things and it had already expired

Walking Boots
Kieran in Warrington Store, was extremely helpful. His knowledge about different boots and makes was exceptional. He asked what I needed from boot, leather/ man made / height if ankle cuff etc, once he knew my needs he directed me to the boots that fitted my needs. He was helpful and polite. Best shop of the Day.
It was so lovely to be served by an assistant who was very pleasant and helpful. The shop was emaculate considering this busy time of year. I was delighted with a great deal I bagged for my husband which made my experience in Outdoors the best shop of the Day.

Baz went above and beyond today and I am so thankful for his help. I was sent from the original Go Outdoors to the express and unfortunately some information was relayed different between the two stores however Baz was able to assist well.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME…
Warrington store bike station absolutely the worst place to buy a bike,staff had no idea what they doing there an they will offer you 6 WEEKS of warranty, no technician in store to build a bike and waiting list up to 11 days. Stock available with missing parts when decided to buy a bike without warranty 6 weeks. So after 90 min. in the shop
with boiling blood and no bike went to Decathlon in 15 min bike was build and good to go.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ON GO OUTDOORS FOR BIKE PURCHASE
