5* customer service!
I had ordered a sleeping bag online to collect locally- my order was diverted to a different store. I rang Preston and spoke to Calvin who went out of his way to help me.
There was a lovely lady on the tills too, very pleasant, cheery and assisted me quickly.

Calvin was helpful in finding my size in a walking shoe. He left me to try them on and checked in with me once I had time to have a little walk around the shop. I went on to purchase.

Great customer service.
Went in to the Deepdale store Preston. I had a great customer experience with the shoe sales employee Mark who knows his stuff, my apologies for sending him backwards and forwards but with his help found the right pair of walking boots..Both staff members on the tills were great as well.

I visited the store today looking for walking boots
I visited the store today looking for a new pair of walking boots. I was assisted by Mark and Shane who had great knowledge of boots and patiently helped me chose a pair that worked for my feet. Thank you to both and I would recommend a visit if you are looking and need some help choosing. I was even shown a new way to tie my boots to help support my weak ankle.

Arthur at the Deepdale Preston store was very helpful and extremely patient. He went out of his way to help me when purchasing some walking boots. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience when there are staff actually there to help you. This generally does not seem to be the case in many other retail outlets. More stock available in store for shoes and boots would be helpful

Calvin went above & beyond, Amazing customer service
I was staring at the same shelf for ages, really puzzled on which stove set to get, Calvin offered to help me find what I was looking for, asked me plenty of questions about my upcoming trip so he knew what I’d specifically need & talked me through pros & cons of different kinds, he also checked the rest of my kit to make sure I had all the right kit for a few days in the lakes. Great customer service, could not be more grateful to Calvin for going out of his way to help me out.
