Easy to find, good parking, amazingly large store with many bits of kit open and available to try. Including - chairs, sleeping bags, air mattresses etc. and the tents are fully setup instore and outs... Vis mer

I went to the Milton Keynes store
I went to the Milton Keynes store, looking for a carabiner to hold my water bottle. I chose the cheapest, and went to the checkout. A very helpful man called Rome asked me what I was going to hold with it. He suggested I get a different one, he thought the small one would not hold a full bottle of water. So I followed his suggestion.
He was very courteous and proactive, clearly wanting me to get the best product. It was very kind of him.

We managed to find everything we wanted and the cashier (Rome) was very helpful and made the process of checking our membership was still available and using our DofE discount very easy!!

Not the biggest of stores but it had all we were after, free parking is great but a little small and tight.

Went into store to purchase some bits for an upcoming camping trip. My friend and I are complete novices when it comes to camping and after speaking to Molly we feel a lot more prepared for our trip. Staff are always polite
Staff are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout out for Rome at the paying desk who offered to carry my purchases to the car. Always a good range of camping equipment and a good price. Good quality too.

Amanda was excellent!
I purchased a 4 man pop up tent recently and could not pack it away as we could not figure out how to get it back down again. Went to the store and Amanda was so helpful. She figured it out within seconds and did it all with a smile on her face. What a credit to the company you are Amanda!
