The shop always has what I need, and the service is friendly and speedy ! Was helped by Craig today - he was great !
It was, however, really hot in the shop - I would consider putting in air conditioning, as it meant that I was reluctant to browse.

Great products and service as always
I ordered my new bike online and chose store pickup. I was glad I did as Simon on bikes had built my bike, and helped me out massively taking it to and into my car, which was a great help as I had a toddler with me. Shout out to both Simon on Bikes and Lina on the tills. Great products, great prices and great service as always.

Didn’t have all my order and wasn’t informed until I got there, couldn’t get rest of my order in time before needing it for a trip. Was told no carry bags left in stock so had to carry it all out in my arms. Wasn’t great
