Came yesterday and got served by Ben and Owen. Both VERY helpful members of staff. They went above & beyond to help us. Couldn’t thank them both enough for their service. Thanks guys!

Service by Donna who was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I both bought footwear and will happily shop again finding that level.of customer service.

Popped into the lincoln branch to get some items for our local scout group. Jo helped me find the items and was very knowledgeable about them

Owen was super helpful advising with the replacement tent pole and even taking me to the item in store as there wasn't a queue at the til. He provided advice with differing poles and even next steps with a larger tent. He reminded of Blue light discount at the til as well. What a great experience will be purchasing our larger tent from there soon!

I was helped in store today by a lovely lady called Jan. She helped me to find my item and took the time to assemble it for me ( none were on show ) so I could could make a decision on my purchase. Very helpful. The girl on the til was also very friendly and seemed happy to be there to help. It’s a Great store with very nice Staff. Thank you

Great staff, from being welcomed at the door to expert knowledge and friendly and helpful staff. Store feels like it's improved hugely and the team are great.

Ordered this item twice in medium the only size in stock, then while waiting for my order to arrive both times Go Outdoors have cancelled my order, very poor. Paid £5 for Go Outdoors membership card and they've kept that.

How refreshing to be served by such considerate staff from my initial phone call to the store to reserve an item to Josh who assisted me in store and to my car and the young man on the tills who ensured I got the best deal. Well done all

I bought a pair of Scarpa Walking boots in the Lincoln branch of Go Outdoors yesterday. Ben was a fantastic help. My main concern was to find ones that were as waterproof as possible and he talked me through the features of different boots with this regard. He listened carefully to my concerns and found a great pair of boots that fit beautifully. He showed me products to care for them. He encouraged me to try on a few more pairs of shoes to be sure. Thanks Ben!

Donna made the whole experience bearable. It was busy but she handled everything with courtesy and grace.

Owen was very helpful and well informed about the Naylors department (equestrian), proper customer service!
More generally disappointing that the kiosk service is currently unavailable for items not in stock and not returnable once they leave the store. Not Owen’s fault. Come on Go!

Bought a Polygon bike for my nephews birthday and Grant was extremely knowledgeable and overall service was brilliant. Highly recommend.

The staff were very good and explained that they were unable to place an order for me and that I had to do it online.
This is not convenient as when I did an order online it would not give me the reduced cost for being a member so I went back in store and they asked me to call customer services.
I was on hold for sometime for several occasions and on the first occasion they cut me off.
Eventually they managed to link my account to my membership card and then I was able to place an order.
Would have saved me a lot of wasted time if the store could have placed my order on my behalf.

I was looking for a good rucksack for my upcoming Gold DofE expedition and Owen was super helpful. He went through various options at different price points and helped me decide on the best one for my needs. Highly recommend!

We wanted to buy a new mountain bike for my son and Owen who served us couldn’t be more helpful. He gave us advice on what to look for and getting the correct size for his age. Owen also had an excellent knowledge of all the bikes and what would be good for a teenager. We bought an excellent bike and couldn’t be more happier with the superb service. Thank you so much.
