Fantastic team in Kingston branch
The airbeam tent I bought online had pinprick hole, I called customer service who told me to take it to a store. Sean and Andrew in the Kingston store were absolutely fantastic, they resolved my issue quickly and in exactly the way I had hoped. Very impressed.

Great electric camping fridge/freezer
Great electric camping fridge/freezer - performed perfectly for our trip. Helpful staff at Go Outdoors in Kingston when we went to pick up (ordered via Click & Collect). Every time I go in there I am amazed by the range of outdoor activities they cover, and just how much stock they fit in - they may not cover all the top brands but they have all the basics at good prices...

I reckonmend this shop to my son and…
I reckonmend this shop to my son and son inlaw as they needed to buy all camping equipment.
The person behind the till was polite and helpful. But one staff member was talking about the three young girls being loud , he said someone needs to kill them kids . Yes the kids were excited about going camping the 2 year old was loud . The son inlaw spent over 500 pounds . To have staff treat people like this is disgusting. I think his name was rob he had long hair .

Terrible customer service.
I went into the Kingston store and it's such a large store! I eventually made my way to the back where one goes to click and collect, and I was collecting 2 of those low deck chair things for picnics etc
There was nobody at the back at that desk, empty, not a should, so I waited and waited (with a slightly injured ankle the long walk to the front of the shop seemed daunting so thank goodness for a very helpful other customer who eventually made their way to same desk. And a number of minutes later I was able to collect my items.
Why was there no way of contacting the seriously far away front desk for a customer? It means I might go to another Go Outdoors next time, but not at this location: DISAPPOINTING!
The chairs are okay though.

I had a product that didn't come up to expectation and the entire team at Go Outdoors Kingston were absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve the issue and find an alternative. Particular shout out to Shannon and the site manager who helped me resolve my issue quickly. They were fantastic.

My daughter and I visited Go Outdoors Kingston. We need to buy a number of items including hiking boots for my daughter's 2 week trek trip. Iris helped us in the store with number of items.
