GO Outdoors - Horsham (Express) Anmeldelser 

I went into the Horsham branch recently and was shocked to learn of their two tier pricing. My granddaughters picked out a hat and water bottle which came to £25. It rang up at the till at £44 because wasn't a member. I could join for £5!! I have never paid to shop as a customer and don't intend on doing so. All customers should be equal. It's a shop, not an exclusive club. Needless to say all the goods were left on the counter. There was only one other person in the whole shop. I wonder how long that business model will last?
On a positive note the staff were polite and I got the feeling they had to apologise and explain on numerous occasions for this incredible stupidity of their employers.

Checked the shop for sizes and then went on line to get correct size for myself really handy. Good communication on status.

We bought a pair of walking boots and a pair of shoes. The man who helped us was really good, being very knowledgeable. However, the female assistant on the till was ridiculously aggressive and patronising when I queried the discount from the Go Outdoors card. It spoiled our visit and I will think hard before going there again.

James was very helpful and patient, while I tried on a number of walking shoes, including getting me a second pair of the same shoes as one of the first pair didn’t feel quite right. He not only listened but replied back making conversation whilst he served, not something that you always get from shop assistants. He was also knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Georgia (2264), at your Horsham branch on 4th April 2026, was so helpful in assisting my adult son with Down syndrome to select a light weight coat. She was patient and calm and took time to listen to him and me. Brilliant service.

Such excellent service at Go Outdoors. I needed some shoe insoles to help in managing my plantar fascitis, Mike at Horsham was so knowledgeable and helpful. Came away with resized insoles and the pain when walking is much improved. Thank you Mike and Horsham Go Outdoors.

I am in July doing my first 13 mile charity trek, in light of this I needed some good walking shoes. To make sure as a newbie to treking that I can find the right shoes for me I have visited many different stores in Horsham and Chichester . My experience in Go outdoors in Horsham and the help and advise I recieved from Aaron was by far better than all the other stores as he went out of his way to help and guide me and gave me such confidence in picking the right walking shoes that I needed. If anyone is looking for the best advice on which walking shoes to buy I cant recommend Aaron and Go Outdoors enough as they go above and beyond.

Mike was covering a shift at this branch today. Very helpful and informative. Could tell straight away how focused he was on delivering great customer service. His level of expertise was superb.

What outstanding service today from Aaron, whilst purchasing walking boots. From the outset he demonstrated great service skills - good listening and questioning to understand my husbands needs and then was able to steer us as a result of his superior product knowledge on all the brands to help get us to the right option. He took time with us, was patient, attentive and was genuinely committed to ensuring we only bought if we were happy. We got there in the end. This was the most impressive service I have received anywhere for a very long time. Well done. Will definitely be recommending the store. Thank you Aaron you are a credit to the company.

Went looking for walking boots - replacing a 25+ year old pair of Brashers.
Found a big range in the Horsham store, but what made all the difference was having the expert advice of Aaron who knew all the ins and outs of the boots stocked and could significantly speed up the process of choosing and most importantly help me find the pair that were right for me ( Merrell Moab speed 2 Goretex .He also threw in a tutorial on walking poles! Excellent service , highly recommend !

After a bit of a walk yesterday, I felt my three year old Scarpa walking boots needed some new insoles. We popped into Go Outdoor Horsham. Micheal who is a bit of an expert on hiking footwear and equipment provided excellent support in choosing the right insoles. He also fitted them. Just been out to try them out, they feel like new. Thank you.
