What a scam!!!
This app is a total rip off
You have to pay for every chapter and even if you subscribe you don’t end up with enough coins to actually read multiple chapters a day
The stories are catchy but show no end in sight
Chapter 391, like wth🤦🏽‍♀️
Someone please report them to the BBB or start a class action so we can get our money back

My wife originally purchased coins but somehow ended up getting subscribed. Since I did it directly through the website I could not cancel the service through Apple or Google. They now are taking out two charges weekly and I’ve had to cancel my bank card to stop the payments. The payments are small enough to not stand out but over time have cost me hundreds of dollars. Our bank is fighting to get some of the money back. It is almost impossible to find contact information, emails go unanswered. I would avoid this service.

Die Geschichten sind ähnlich, und aufgepasst ihr investiert mindestens für eine Geschichte CHF 200, weil ihr pro Kapitel (was nur 6-9 Seiten hat), 30 Münzen, oder Bonus bezahlen müsst, man kann sich die kaufen für einen stolzen Preis, leider hat mich das sehr enttäuscht, Rückmeldung erhält man nicht von Mitarbeitern, nur die KI antwortet.

Of course The Alpha’s Contract is my first book. I am hooked to the interactive, immersive sounds. It really helps me disconnect when I need to. I love the updates and the shorter wait times! there are so many more options and I love how organized everything is now. I've been using this app for over 5 years and it just keeps getting better

Goodnovel will let you pay for coi ns, but there is a catch. If you are attempting to read a short story you have to subscribe. Something they don't tell you up front. I paid for coins because I don't want to to subscribe. I'll pay to read but not weekly because I may not read another story for several weeks, sometimes, months. I believe the authors should be paid but there are several companies that have underhanded practices, in my opinion. This is one app that won't get more of my money...

It took me a month to read the story and after 868 Chapters with hundreds of advertisements to advance, I was left with guessing the conclusion.

Even if you get coins to unlock chapters for free. Some chapters are almost 40 coins. Also, some books have chaotic and fractured segments. Characters are mixed up. Or, worse still, the next chapter you unlock is just a duplicate of the last. But, it STILL uses your coins. Whether they were bonis or paid. No chance of reimbursement either!

Such a rip off and I feel both stupid and suckered. Spent $45 to read what feels like a Dickensian romance serial soaking me for every penny, only to have the plot go in circles endlessly. I’d NEVER spend that much on an actual, published novel (either paperback or digital) and it would at least have some coherent(ish) plot and definitive end. This app is so misleading. Tried it twice. Almost as disgusted with myself for giving it another go as I am with the the app itself.

Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Kapitel für Kapitel soll man Münzen kaufen, und das ist richtig teuer. Beim Kauf von einer höheren Anzahl an Münzen, kauft man ein Abo! Das garantiert aber keine Freischaltung von Münzen. Also lieber Finger weg von diesen Büchern, die auch noch schlecht übersetzt bzw. fehlerhaft in der Grammatik sind.

Les histoires sont bonnes mais ca coûte cher!

Reine Abzocke. Man wird mit kostenlosen Romanen gelockt. Will man weiter lesen geht das nur über coins. Man bekommt ein paar, aber dann muss man kaufen. 30 coins für ein Kapitel. Wäre auch noch ok, aber ein Kapitel ist dort gefühlt 5 Sätze lang und man muss wieder bezahlen. Um das Buch fertig zu lesen müsste man wahrscheinlich 300€ zahlen.

The books are not complete and when they do update they start again at chapter 1 and charge you again for what you have already read, this is easy for them as you can’t see your coins disappear. When I tried to complain I was put in touch with an iPad expert for only £1 for 3 days or £39 a month, I’ve paid enough

Scam company - likely Chinese using AI to devise crappy but intriguing stories that eventually you have to pay for and then that payment gives you a few pages at most before you need to make another payment. Honestly, people behind this must be soulless - it’s so tiring when businesses don’t understand the simple principle that when you provide more than expected you generate more business. Enough said

How do you cancel this rip off?

What a rip off!! Really want to finish the book, but I'm already £40 in and only half way through the book.

Es ist leider nicht nutzbar. Schöne Geschichten aber die Methode untragbar. Ein Kapitel kostet CCA 20 Bonuspunkte. Länge des Kapitels bei meiner Erzählung cca 3 Bildschirm Seiten . Zu lesen in maximal 5 Minuten. Zusätzlich kann man theoretisch zusätzliche Bonuspunkte sammeln 1 Bonuspunkt eine Werbung oder 15 Bonuspunkte bei 15 Minuten lesen. Leider muss man erst Bonuspunkte kaufen um 15 Minuten lesen zu können. Extrem teuer lohnt sich nicht .erst gar nicht damit anfangen. Es gibt andere bessere und fairere Plattformen.

Passt bitte auf , sehr sehr teure Abzocke ......habe für 11€ Münzen gekauft und mittendrin im Buch alles alle.....wir reden hier von No Name Drama Geschichten.....voll überteuert.
Die Geschichte an sich war kurzweilig und gut zu lesen, deshalb 2 Sterne statt 1

Wenn ich könnte gebe es gar keinen Stern diese Seite ist ein reiner Betrug. Der nimmt einen ganz einfach Bonuspunkte weg mir zu Beispiel 700 die ich ja gekauft habe. Die Bonuspunkte für eine Bewertung kriegt man nur wenn man 5 Sterne vergibt. Ich habe noch nie für ein Buch solange gebraucht und so viel bezahlt. Diese APP ist reiner Betrug. Das Buch würde mir gut gefallen aber ist es nicht wert. Ich weiß nicht gibt es den Autor überhaupt ist er auch so ein Betrüger? Diese APP dürfte es überhaupt nicht geben die gehört verboten.

GoodNovel purports to be free. It is if you can wade through about 20 ads ro get the 8 free chapters a day. Then of course you need to what the appropriate amount of time to get the 8 chapters but the time keeps changing. I am hooked on this one story. It might take me a year to get to the end but it will be the only book I read. I will delete the app as soon as it is done.
