It's ok, but the one thing that keeps bugging me is screenshare. I use Microsoft edge on my Xbox and when I want to screenshare discord on my tab so chat could hear my friends it won't work. It starts screensharing for a second and just stops working. But when I share the entire screen everything works.

The lightstream studio broadcast only lasted as little as 2-4 minutes or as long as 40 minutes. But after that, the stream would die. I did the DNS code correctly and tried countless times to figure out what was wrong. The support team said it was a DNS issue. So what is the point of using lightstream then?

Wasted a month subscription with them as i paid then was told my twitch was connected to another account, a whole month went by with daily messages from me and it has not been resolved so iv just wasted my whole subscription, dont bother paying for this service honestly the team dont care and just send AI automated messages

Applying for a loan with LightStream was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made.

They pulled a hard inquiry on my credit without any upfront, obvious disclosure. I never saw a clear warning that applying would immediately impact my credit scores, no final review screen, no confirmation, nothing. Just a credit hit out of nowhere.

I haven’t even accepted or reviewed an offer. When I reached out, their response was robotic, no responsibility, no effort to make things right.

If you're thinking of applying here, avoid at all costs.

Ich muss leider sagen dass es sich verschlechtert hat. Seit ewigen Zeiten habe ich immer erwähnt sie sollen doch Mal 1080p30 Mal auf 60 aufstocken seit Jahren steht immer noch coming soon es wurde nichts gemacht seit ich dabei bin. Da Reaktion spiele wie Doom oder gestern Forspoken immer umschalten muss auf 720p60 dass ist mühsam Und dass ist zu wenig! Muss ich immer auf OBS Wechsen um solche Spiele zu streamen? Momentan läuft es nur instabil immer gab's Verbindungsprobleme wieso kriegt ihr dass nicht mal im Griff. Übersichtlich super! Einfach Gestalten und einrichten! Aber was nützt dass wenn es instabil ist. Ich weiss daher nicht ob ich da noch weiteres Jahr abonnieren soll wenn sich da nichts verändert!

Couldn't get audio to work. Support non existent. "Sadly there is no way for us to support you by phone call". You have to use really slow responding chat bots. Should be outta business

I have been using lightstream on twitch for my PS5 and things where going fine for few months and now it just refusses to go live, I have had multiple chats with their team always being told the same things to do but it constantly tells me server issues. Why am I paying for this rubbish service.

I have used this platform on 2 golive experiences. Both went fine. The issue is with setting up, when uploading video to play this would not work videos would disappear, when adding Destinations and removing them, after removing them they would reappear when I went back into site. When going live the live Preview would not appear at time, super important to know what is being streamed without having to monitor the live stream itself. Playing back video would like they are not playing on the preview window but are playing back in the output window. Just too manay bugs to feel confident. My setup is Solo Live Unit into site and Singular.live for overlays.

Im chasing my dream to be a full time streamer on a low budget.And Lightstream is making that possible with their pro tools.Thank you

I love the fact that you can Stream your content using Overlays straight from your console of choice without the need of having a PC with OBS etc all you need to do is set it up via a PC to get everything up and running but once you do you have no reason to go near a PC again unless you want to edit your overlays as Lightstream does everything automatically if you choose your streaming destination on console to LightStream which then sends it to either Twitch/Facebook/Youtube and for me this is a winner

As I first time streamer with no idea what I was doing lightstream had all the information needed and help to set up my twitch channel.

Excellent features! Connects the Xbox Twitch app to browser sources, giving you nearly every option that OBS streaming allows. Overlays and stream alerts, Blerps, Sound Alerts, scene changes. Been using over a year, great value, great quality, great price.

I have been using this platform for almost 3 years now and its been such a great experience. As a Dad content creator this allows me to create my streaming channels with ease. A laptop, internet connection and my xbox series x and Im good to go. Highly recomend using this platform.

Lightstream is an affordable monthly subscription with many uses, you can link URLs without them being stuck to certain websites, all sorts of layers and media to use including images, text, slideshows, video clips, camera input, screenshare, audio input, game source. Its an all in one streaming software for those who want to stream on console or can't run OBS studio. I want to add they even sent out an email asking me about why I scored so high and why I recommend it to others, absolutely love the interactivity.

I've used Lightstream for over 2 years and have had only positive experiences. I stream to Twitch, using just my Xbox and headset, but people ALL THE TIME think I have an expensive PC setup because I have nice overlays, alerts, and visual events that users can trigger from chat! Lightstream allows me to do more with my stream to tell my story to my audience from any setup. I have even used it to stream mobile games from my phone! The cloud-hosted nature of Lightstream takes all the pressure off needing to buy more-tech (I haven't had to buy a PC or Capture Card!) as the solution to wanting to show my audience game-guides/patch-notes on a webpage, watch the newest video game release-trailer together, or just cat videos, while I'm playing and streaming from console.

I've never had an issue with up-time. And I'm able to edit my overlays from any laptop, anywhere (even the library)! I really enjoy that I can just hit "broadcast" on my Xbox console and Lightstream will apply the overlays, then either switch scenes from my phone or laptop. When/if I don't have either of those available, I can set a single scene with all my alerts and gameplay as my auto-live screen, then just hit "live" and it's all there! So it works either way.

The few times I needed a little help, the support team has always had fast and easy answers for me.

5/5 for both service and innovation!
I'm thankful to be able to have a high quality stream that allows me to thank and interact with my audience even more with overlays, using just my Xbox Console, Headset, and Lightstream services!

Lightstream is a must have for any console gamer that is looking for a solution to have all of the overlays and alerts in your stream without the expensive production computer.

We wish this was a solution when PS4 launched, we would have been a customer day 1!!!
